The Aussie socialite, 44, took to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday to share a mirror selfie where she showed off her slimmed-down figure.
She sported a $295 skimpy lilac two-piece from Net-A-Porter as she posed up a storm in her lavish bathroom.
The former Sweaty Betty owner swept her golden locks up into a messy bun as she snapped selfies of herself in the mirror.
Her latest post comes after she detailed her harrowing experience with Ozempic, revealing her shocking health scare after overdosing on the drug.
Ozempic is a diabetes medication which is also being sold privately for weight loss, and celebrities including Sharon Osbourne and Amy Schumer have admitted to using the drug.
Roxy purchased Ozempic on the black market in a bid to lose weight, having two pens worth delivered from Nowra, NSW to Sydney in an Uber that cost her $2500.
However, she overdosed after taking one milligram of the diabetic treatment on her first hit – four times the amount prescribed by a doctor.

She admitted she felt like she was going to die after the overdose and was hospitalised in a terrifying health scare.
‘The aftermath of it was I think I’m going to die,’ she told 7NEWS Spotlight in a candid interview in April.
‘In the morning, I was driving to work. I was sweating. I was so hot and then I just kept vomiting nonstop.
‘That night, I ended up in hospital. They had never seen this before. This was the first they had seen of an Ozempic overdose.
‘Like the shaking, my whole body was shaking, I couldn’t control my legs. It’s like I had no control of my body.’

Roxy said she spent three days recovering from epilepsy style seizures and said it was worse than her 2016 breast cancer battle, which saw her endure six weeks of radiation and a partial removal surgery.
She added: ‘Literally, I truly thought this is it. I’ve been sick in my time. Cancer was a walk in the park compared to how bad I felt for those three days.’

‘I was actually like a junkie. I look at it now and I was like a junkie,’ she said.
‘I thought I was actually going to die. I have had cancer, radiation therapy, all of that. It doesn’t even compare to how bad I felt when I took this drug,’ Roxy added to The Saturday Telegraph.

Ozempic has been a hot topic in Hollywood with stars either admitting to using the diabetes drug for weight loss or staunchly denying it.
Semaglutide is sold under the brand names Ozempic and Rybelsus as an antidiabetic medication used for the treatment of type 2 diabetes.
It is also sold under the brand name Wegovy as an anti-obesity medication for long-term weight management.
The drugs act like a hormone in the brain which causes people to feel less hungry and slow the clearing of food from the stomach, which spurs weight loss.
Celebrities including Elon Musk, Remi Bader and Chelsea Handler revealed they used the drug to help trim fat, while doctors have criticised its popularity among the stars.
