Ross Noble Lists Mornington Peninsula Home for UK Move

Comedian has listed his idyllic Mornington Peninsula home ahead of his family's relocation back to the UK.

The English-born comic, 49, is offloading his family's property in Mount Eliza for between $3.3 and $3.6 million.

Set on an expansive 4,180 square metres, the property boasts a tennis and pétanque court, as well as an in-ground pool, rolling lawns and expansive gardens.

The house is built to make the most of its tranquil surrounds, thanks to walls of glazing and classic French doors.

It also features a formal lounge area, complete with a stone fireplace, as well as spacious open-plan living and dining areas.

There is also a well-appointed kitchen and a separate rumpus room, with a built-in bar that opens onto an outdoor kitchen and BBQ deck.

The main bedroom boasts peaceful poolside views while four of the five additional bedrooms come with their own ensuites.

Listing agent Candice Blanch from Homes & Acreage told Domain that there had been considerable interest in the property, given the renovations the Nobles have completed. 

'We’ve only been on for a week and we’ve had really good numbers through the first open home,' she said.

'Realistically, the main thing is just how stunningly it’s been renovated.'

Speaking to the Herald Sun, Ross' wife Fran revealed the family was moving back to the UK for their daughters' – Elfie and Willow – education. 

'Our oldest is finishing year 12 this year and she wants to do uni in England, and the little one wants to go back, too,' she told the publication.

'We always said we’d move back there when we retired. But it’s just come a bit earlier.' 

Back in 2022, Ross sold another Mornington Peninsula property – an idyllic acreage in Tuerong, for $3.4 million.
