Ronnie Wood and Bryan Adams stunned guests when they delivered an electrifying performance at the lavish wedding of American Canadian multi-millionaire CEO Rob Steele.

Steele, 63 – the boss of Steele Motors Steele Auto Group who is worth over $10 million (£7.5M) – married his partner Mary Beth in a romantic ceremony in Austin last weekend.

They were joined by a glittering roster of friends, industry insiders and a handful of world-famous musicians.

But even those used to Steele’s high-flying circle were left stunned when Rolling Stones legend Wood, 78, and music superstar Adams, 66, suddenly appeared on stage together.

During the reception, they joined country icons The Chicks for what guests described as a ‘jaw-dropping’, ‘unbelievable’ all-star set.

Videos and photos posted on social media show Wood strumming a mint-green Telecaster, and Adams on his acoustic guitar, while singing famous hits, including Adams’ Summer of ’69.

Their appearance instantly turned the reception into what one attendee called ‘a private mini music festival’ – all against the backdrop of a beautifully lit marquee bursting with flowers.

Even the team behind the extravagant celebration, Pearl Events Austin, wrote on Instagram: ‘A wedding we will never forget!’

Steele – who has spent decades building his automotive empire, with dealerships and luxury vehicle operations across the US – is known for being well-connected and fiercely loyal to his inner circle.

Friends say he has the sort of magnetic charisma that draws people in, and his wedding proved it, with guests flying in from across the country and abroad for the weekend-long celebration.

Among those joining the festivities were Wood and his wife, theatre producer Sally, 47, who stunned in a bright floral dress.

The couple threw themselves into the Texan spirit, attending a country-themed wedding party complete with cowboy hats.

Sally shared a photo of the pair looking thrilled as they held hands on the dancefloor, captioning the post online: ‘A weekend full of dancing ~ We went to the most beautiful wedding in Austin, Texas. Congratulations and all the love in the world to the newlyweds…’

Singer Imelda May commented: ‘You look like a pair of teenagers!!!’.

Sally also posted a shot from the wedding day itself, showing her and Wood standing proudly beside Steele and his new bride who wore an elegant white dress.

Canadian financier and former Dragons’ Den star Michael Wekerle, a longtime friend of Steele’s, also shared photos from the event.

In one image, he stands beside Wood in front of a stone fountain, both in sunglasses, with Wekerle writing: ‘What a wonderful weekend in Austin celebrating one of my closest friends Rob as he marries his beautiful bride, Mary Beth.’

He added: ‘So great running into the one and only @ronniewood and amazing surprise performances from @thechicks & @bryanadams.’

Wekerle later posted more images with Wood, Sally and other glamorous attendees as the celebrations continued under the warm Texan sun.

But it was the evening performances that set social media alight. Footage shows Wood, Adams and The Chicks trading vocals and guitar riffs on stage as guests danced, clapped and swayed along.

One stunned fan wrote: ‘I’ve literally never been this happy for strangers!!!!!’ Another added: ‘Definitely nerve wracking performing in front of all these amazing legends!!!!’

Another guest wrote: ‘Excuse me??!!!! Incredible!!’

The newlyweds themselves could be seen beaming throughout the night, joining their guests on the dancefloor as their superstar friends delivered a wedding reception for the ages.

Despite his ongoing commitments with The Rolling Stones, Wood appeared relaxed and carefree as he mingled with guests, posed for photos and later rocked the stage.

Adams, too, looked in his element – casual, smiling and effortlessly charismatic as he strummed along.

The Chicks, who are based in Texas, were also a crowd favourite, delivering a polished and powerful set that added even more star power to the evening.

The event was held at a sprawling estate in Austin, decorated with thousands of flowers, strings of lights and a dramatic tented structure that served as the stage area.

Guests enjoyed dinner al fresco before the stage erupted into life, ushering in what many described as ‘the best wedding reception ever’.
