Meanwhile, the lower level features a two-bedroom guest house.

The upper storey features an attractive open-plan layout with the main living areas leading out to a large entertainment terrace.

There's also a Calacatta marble kitchen, a private study and a luxurious en suite for the oversized main bedroom.

The lower-level looks out to sculptured gardens and hosts an outdoor bathroom with a tub.

Design highlights include Limewashed Oak floors, soaring ornate ceilings and an outdoor servery bar.

The sale appears to indicate that the Keatings are putting down roots in Sydney's ritzy eastern suburbs.
