Harry (pictured centre) was on the ITV show to talk about his fundraising campaign for Young Lives vs Cancer after recently being diagnosed with a rare bone cancer
Last year, Harry, known as Hazza, was on the ITV show to talk about his fundraising campaign for Young Lives vs Cancer after recently being diagnosed with a rare bone cancer.
The school boy is currently going through an intense course of chemotherapy and is scheduled to have an operation next week, and as his dad Andy explained he was most worried about losing his hair during treatment.
As a mark of solidarity Harry’s close friends have shaved their heads to match their pal, telling This Morning: ‘We wanted to do it so Harry wouldn’t be alone’.
Mum of three Rochelle was in tears as Harry’s friends joined him in the studio, telling the boys: ‘Oh my gosh you’re giving me happy tears’.
Crying, Rochelle told them: ‘Sorry it is just a beautiful story about good friends and we can learn so much from it’.
Viewers watching at home were also emotional with one posting on X, formerly known as Twitter:
”He will never be alone’ Right whoever is cutting onions better stop right now’.
‘Harry and his friends got me all emotional here,’ agreed another, while another wrote that ‘tears are flowing.’
