Robert Irwin has given fans a rare insight into his personal life by revealing what his famous family are really like behind closed doors.
The conservationist, 20, admitted on the Mental As Anyone podcast, he leads an ‘undramatic and boring’ life with his mother Terri, sister Bindi, brother-in-law Chandler Powell and niece Grace Warrior.
‘As public as it all is, I definitely still get to live a very nice and authentic existence,’ he said.
‘In terms of the family dynamic, we’re the most undramatic boring people in the world, which is awesome. What we do is absolutely nuts.’
‘You’re jumping on crocs, you’re saving wildlife, you’re doing this, doing that. But in terms of the Irwin family dynamic, we’re just like, proper, just vanilla ice cream, like we are so boring.’
Robert explained he has a ‘very tight knit family group’ and there is never a sense of ‘drama’.
He added: ‘There’s nothing wrong with having a boring family dynamic. In fact, that’s what you’re shooting for.’
Robert’s admission comes after he took to Instagram last week to share some thrilling news with his fans and followers.
