Robert Irwin has given a rare insight into how he maintains his chiselled physique after THAT viral Bonds photoshoot.
The I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here host, almost broke the internet last week after posing in a series of steamy snaps promoting Aussie underwear brand Bonds in the US.
Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, the 21-year-old shared a series of pulse-raising images and clips that showed him, once again, flaunting his buff physique.
He was seen striking a pose that would not look out of place in a body-building competition as she showed off his rippling muscles.
Videos showed Robert’s workout routine, including chin-ups, lifting sandbags, and lifting weights.
He also shared images from the Bonds shoot as well as some other pics showing off his toned torso.

Robert also posted an image that showed his workout routine written in an exercise book as well as a shot of what appeared to be a very healthy looking breakfast.
His routine includes dumbbell bench presses, bicep curls, and tricep pushdowns.
If that wasn’t enough, Robert’s strenuous workout also includes preacher curls and a 5-kilometre loop run, which he completed in 21 minutes.
Captioning the series of images, Robert said that health and fitness had always been priorities in his life.
‘Wellness and fitness have always been a big part of my life, and one of the things that got me excited to be part of my recent Bond’s shoot was that it gave me a real goal to strive toward,’ he said.
‘I wanted to feel my best to represent Australia! Life is so busy right now, but there is never a perfect time to get into better shape (and I’m not just talking physical shape!!!).
Continuing the expansive post, Robert had some sage words of advice for followers looking to start their own fitness journey.
‘There isn’t one single formula to follow. I reckon the most important thing is not to compare yourself to anyone else, just keep trying to be the best version of YOU,’ he said.

The post was met with a flurry of comments from friends, fans and followers, with many gushing over the wildlife warrior’s appearance.
‘What a great day to have eyes,’ one cheeky fan offered while another chimed in with a similar: ‘Robert stop. We can’t take it any more.’
A third summed up the sentiment of many with: ‘So gorgeous, so inspiring, such a great influence. He makes dad proud every day. Great job!’
The swooning didn’t stop there, either, with another smitten fan offering: ‘Robert Irwin is responsible for a global dehydration issue. Because we are THIRSTY.’
It comes as Robert, who is the son of the late icon Steve Irwin, posed in a series of smoking pictures for People Magazine as he modeled Bonds, the Australian underwear brand that he’s helping bring to the U.S.
In one picture, Robert left little to the imagination as he wore a pair of white underwear, giving a smoldering look to the camera as a large snake was wrapped around his neck.

He also draped the snake around himself as he sat down in a chair in a pair of black Bonds underwear, showing off his washboard abs.
In another snap, he cuddled with a large lizard, but this time, Robert was more covered up in a casual white tank top and dark teal undies.
Robert later proved he’s not afraid of anything as the former zookeeper even had a large spider crawling up his arm as he lay with one leg up in the grass, showing off a pair of the gray boxers.
And the photos have since gone viral, with fans from all around the world swooning at the all grown-up Robert.
On X, formerly Twitter, many just couldn’t believe their eyes.
‘Robert Irwin… I was unfamiliar with your game,’ one person wrote, accompanied by a sweating-face emoji.
