Robert Irwin has maintained his silence after his advertising partner HelloFresh has come under fire over ‘unfair’ dismissal claims in the UK.
The conservationist, 20, launched a new advertising venture with the major food delivery company earlier this year, fronting a string of Australian adverts for them.
But in recent days, the global brand has come under the spotlight after workers at a UK warehouse staged a protest when 79 people were let go, with HelloFresh forced to deny claims of ‘unfair’ dismissal.
Since then, HelloFresh also announced planned to close one of its UK distribution centres and is bidding farewell to another 900 members of staff.
Amid the news, Australian influencer Danielle Mitchell took to Instagram to announce that she would no longer be working with HelloFresh in light of the claims.
An Australian Instagram account, @influencer.updates.au, also drew attention to Robert’s collaboration with the brand as they shared a photograph of his advert.
However, TV presenter Robert has seemingly not yet addressed the allegations and has maintained his silence on his social media pages.
While he has not posted an advert with HelloFresh in recent days, he has not spoken about the UK claims and appears to still be collaborating with the brand.

A spokesperson for HelloFresh Australia said: ‘At HelloFresh, we pride ourselves on being a company which treats all our employees with kindness and respect and providing a safe and supportive workplace across all our facilities.
‘There has been a lot of misinformation and mischaracterisations included in the recent TikTok, and we want to shed light on the reality of the HelloFresh employee experience, as the information shared in the video does not represent an accurate picture of our company values.
‘We believe in taking care of our employees and are committed to being an employer of choice in every community we operate.
‘We have been in touch with Robert directly regarding this matter.’
HelloFresh is known for being a popular partner brand with influencers around the globe, with many promoting the service on social media and in the adverts.
In Australia, the likes of Natalie Tran, Celeste Barber, Beau Ryan and Ed Kavalee have starred in the food delivery service’s adverts.
Globally, Neil Patrick Harris and his husband David Burtka have also partnered with the brand as have a string of UK stars including TV presenters and Love Island stars.
Daily Mail Australia has contacted Robert’s representatives for comment.
Aussie social media star Danielle took to her Instagram Stories on Monday to address the recent UK protests over the dismissal of HelloFresh workers.
She revealed she would no longer be working with the brand in light of the news as she thanked her fans for drawing her attention to the allegations.

‘I want to take a moment to address the recent allegations regarding HelloFresh and their treatment of employees in the UK,’ she penned.
‘I have previously partnered with HelloFresh, but I want to clarify that I have not worked with them since June/July and at the time, I was unaware of what was happening.
‘I do not support the reported unfair practices and appreciate those who have reached out and tagged me in videos.
‘I want to be clear that I will not be collaborating with HelloFresh moving forward. Thank you for your continued support.’
Last month, HelloFresh confirmed it will bid farewell to 900 members of staff amid plans to close one of its UK distribution centres.
HelloFresh said it had only taken the decision after careful consideration and would enter into a consultation process with affected employees.
It came after staff at the warehouse staged a protest earlier this month after 79 workers were let go.
The Community Trade Union, which represents employees, called the news ‘dreadful’ and said the workforce deserved better.
Union officials claimed the dismissals came after some staff complained about working conditions such as toilet break policies.

Denying the claims, HelloFresh said workers had been dismissed for ‘serious breaches of employment terms’.
The firm told the BBC it was reviewing its operations to make sure it was working sustainably and delivering the ‘best possible product’ to its customers.
It added that most of the staff members who were dismissed would be offered redeployment to its other sites in Derby and Banbury.
The company also stressed that the shake-up would be better for the planet.
It said that moving to a ‘two-site model’ would help it limit waste and lower its carbon footprint while offering customers personalisation.
