Riverdale alum Charles Melton is expecting his first child with girlfriend Camille Summers-Valli.
The 35-year-old actor’s longtime partner announced the baby news on Instagram on Friday.
‘Making a lil family,’ the French-Australian director captioned a carousel of photos debuting her baby bump.
Melton appeared in several snapshots, including one of him kissing her bare stomach, and another of showing the May December star with her at a doctor’s appointment.
Actor Michael Gandolfini wrote in the comments, ‘Mom and dad!!! Love you both so much.’
Melton shot to fame when he first appeared on The CW’s teen drama Riverdale in 2017. The show ended in August 2023.

Melton and Summers-Valli have largely kept their relationship out of the spotlight, and neither one has publicly spoken about their connection.
On Saturday celebrity gossip blogger DeuxMoi shared an anonymous tip about the pair, an email reading: ‘Charles Melton and gf Camille Summers-Valli are expecting!
‘She posted the announcement on her IG, and fans are slowly discovering the news. Congrats to the soon-to-be parents!’
Summers-Vallie has only 33,000 Instagram followers, making the announcement slow to circulate.
Meanwhile, Melton boasts nearly five million followers on the social media platform.
His latest post, shared on New Year’s Day, has no mention of the baby news and the caption simply reads: ‘joyous times.’
Melton previously dated Riverdale costar Camila Mendes from 2018 to 2021, and he coupled with Chase Sui Wonders in 2022.
A relationship with Chloe Bennet followed in 2023.

The actor slammed public speculation about his love life in a 2019 interview with Hunger magazine.
‘People need to mind their own f***ing business, honestly. I don’t have Twitter, and it’s one of the reasons why I don’t read through all my comments on social media, because people are always going to talk,’ he said at the time.
The entertainer emphasized, ‘No matter what, people have always talked, even before this age of Instagram, but back then you were less inclined to hear about someone talking about you, and honestly, it’s not their place to have any authority over my relationships.’
‘Not everyone is going to be a supporter or a fan of your relationship, and people need to remember that opinions aren’t facts,’ he added.
