Riley Keough looked strained as she stepped out for a pamper session after quietly welcoming her second child.
The 36-year-old actress was spotted in comfortable attire before visiting a spa in the Westlake area of Los Angeles on Wednesday.
The makeup-free wonder was all by herself.
For her relaxing excursion, she wore a royal blue sweatshirt paired with black biker shorts and shearling-lined clogs.
Her outing comes a little over a week after it was revealed that she and her husband Ben Smith-Petersen brought home their little one and expanded their family to four.
It also comes amid her grandmother Priscilla Presley, 80, opening up about the late Elvis Presley in her memoir about her life after their separation in 1972 and his death in 1977.

The Daisy Jones & The Six star is the eldest grandchild of Elvis Presley.
She is the daughter of the late singer Lisa Marie Presley, Elvis’s only child, and musician Danny Keough.
Recently, it was revealed that Riley and Smith-Petersen, 34, had welcomed a second child together. The baby’s name and gender has not yet been revealed.
She was spotted with their newborn baby in late August as seen in photos shared by Daily Mail.
Her rep confirmed to Page Six last week that they expanded their family and welcomed another baby.
The pair are already parents to a three-year-old daughter named Tupelo, who was born via surrogacy.
This comes as Riley’s grandmother Priscilla released a new memoir titled Softly, As I Leave You: Life After Elvis — almost exactly a year after Riley completed and published her late mother’s memoir: From Here to the Great Unknown.
In Priscilla’s newly book, which was made available to purchase and read on Tuesday, she detailed her life at Graceland and her divorce from the musician just five years before he died at the age of 42 in his famous estate in Memphis, Tennessee.

One of her bombshell claims was that Elvis wanted to hire a hitman to eliminate her karate instructor boyfriend Mike Stone.
She explained how she began an affair with Stone after her suspicions about Elvis’s infidelities were confirmed, claiming Elvis was unable to handle the prospect of her being with someone else and allegedly sought to take murderous actions against him.

Lisa Marie died in January 2023 due to a small bowel obstruction caused by bariatric surgery.
The note was a part of a lawsuit Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko have filed against Priscilla.
The Zola actress claimed that she lobbied her mother so fiercely that it led to a ‘fight’ between Lisa Marie and herself.
The release of the letter comes as Priscilla was hit with more wild claims that legal actions she took against Elvis in 1977 ‘pushed’ him to his death.
Priscilla’s lawyer slammed the latest claims in a statement obtained by Daily Mail, calling them ‘absurd’ and ‘ridiculous.’
