The woman charged with firing multiple rounds into 's $13.8 million Beverly Hills mansion while she was home with her family on Sunday did so deliberately, according to the criminal complaint.
Prosecutors alleged that Ivanna Lisette Ortiz's 'attempt to murder' the 38-year-old pop diva was 'willful, deliberate and premeditated' when she traveled to her five-bedroom modern farmhouse, in legal documents obtained by People.
During the court hearing Tuesday, the 35-year-old suspect was charged with attempted murder, 10 counts of assault with a semiautomatic firearm and three counts of shooting at an inhabited dwelling or camper.
But Ortiz's arraignment was reportedly postponed until March 25 after her public defender Jamarcus Bradford withdrew a not guilty plea on her behalf.
The woman - whose bail was set to $1.8 million - remains in custody and faces up to life in state prison if convicted.
Miraculously, no one was injured when Ortiz allegedly drove her white Model 3 to the posh property and used an AR-15 rifle to open fire on Rihanna (born Robyn Fenty) as well as a neighboring property.

LA County DA Nathan J. Hochman said at a press conference on Tuesday: 'In that residence, Rihanna was there with her partner, her three children, her mother, and two staff people representing eight of the 10 of the counts of dealing with an assault with a semi-automatic firearm.'
The nine-time Grammy winner and her babydaddy A$AP Rocky are parents of three-year-old son RZA, two-year-old son Riot and six-month-old daughter Rocki.

Ortiz - who has a history of prior arrests - frequently insulted and made wild accusations about Rihanna on her Facebook account and YouTube channel

Ortiz lost custody of her 10-year-old child with ex-husband Jed Nikko Valdez Sangalang in 2024 a year after she was involuntarily committed under the Baker Act - according to TMZ.
