The 40-year-old radio star and her husband, Richard Harrison, splashed $3.5 million on the vintage two-storey terrace house.
Located in Redfern, 3km from the CBD, the three-bedroom, two-bathroom home last sold in 2010 for $1.1 million.
The Nova drive time host and her manager husband now plan to rent out the property for $1650 a week, reports The Daily Telegraph.
Built in the 1900s, the charming pad retains much of its period detail, including an ornate iron lace balcony, decorative awnings, and a gorgeous façade.
New features include a creative layout with the dining and kitchen area leading to a private courtyard with a BBQ space and built-in seating.

The Australian Idol winner and her husband sold their home on Sydney’s northern beaches just over two years ago.
Buyers paid $2.8 million in 2023 for the 1990s Avalon home, after Ricki-Lee and Richard bought the property for $1.1 million in 2014.
The pair now make their home in a swanky high-rise in Sydney’s Darlinghurst.
Ricki-Lee shared news of her lavish digs with fans on her social media in March last year.
Situated in The Residence building, the enormous three-bedroom, three-bathroom pad boasts amazing views overlooking Hyde Park and the city’s famed harbour.Â
According to The Daily Telegraph, it is within the same block that Australian singer Delta Goodrem splashed out an eye-watering $4.8 million for a two-bedroom apartment in 2018.

It comes after Ricki-Lee recently marked a very special milestone with husband Richard.
The couple celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary in August and stepped out to the swanky eatery Bennelong at the Sydney Opera House.
The pop star took to Instagram to share a series of photos to commemorate the occasion.
Ricki-Lee started dating Richard back in 2009 and the pair tied the knot in 2015.Â
