The highlight of celebrations across the capital is the highly anticipated festival and Trafalgar Square parade, which makes a return on Sunday.
Led by vibrant floats adorned with shamrocks and accompanied by traditional Irish music, the parade winds its way through iconic streets of central London, before moving to Trafalgar Square where the festivities continue.
The annual event, hosted by the Mayor of London, will be held on Sunday, March 17 and will mark its 21st year.
