Rhian Sugden continued to show off the results of her breast reduction surgery on Friday after having 500g removed from each side.
The former Page 3 model, 39, went from a 32HH to a 32E cup size after going under the knife in June.
Wearing a black top with a dramatic plunging neckline, Rhian hailed her surgery ‘one of the best decisions’ she ever made and said she was feeling more confident than ever.
Sharing a video to Instagram, she showed off her cleavage before and after going under the knife.
The model wrote: ‘In June I said goodbye to 500g from EACH boob. That’s basically a bag of sugar per cheb… no wonder my back was crying for help.
‘Honestly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. No more back pain. I can actually run. I can wear clothes without limiting my style because of bra styles.’

Rhian continued: ‘My boobs are still big, just way more manageable and actually feel like they belong to my body now. (No implants added, just a lift and reduction).
‘The pain + recovery? Nowhere near as bad as I’d built it up in my head. The confidence glow-up though? I feel it was the mummy makeover I needed.

The Celebrity Big Brother star revealed earlier this year that she underwent the reduction after her breasts began making walking ‘unbearable’ and left her with intense back pain.
Taking to Instagram earlier this year, Rhian shared three topless photos of herself before, two weeks after and several weeks after her surgery.
Alongside the post, she wrote: ‘From sagging to bragging. Swipe for before and after.
‘These are the results from my breast reduction and uplift @pallmallcosmetics no implant, all still natural. Just lifted and reduced.
‘4 sizes smaller (I say small) I wanted them kept on the larger side. My scarring is fading so well too!’

However, she said that her decision to alleviate her constant pain has caused her to be hit with a wave of backlash from some of her fans, who moaned she was ‘making the worst mistake of my life’.
Rhian rose to fame in 2006 as a Page 3 model at just 19 years old, quickly amassing a huge fanbase and securing lucrative deals – including a £100,000 payday for her appearance on Celebrity Big Brother in 2012.
However, she explained that her career has led to some of her fans believing they ‘own her boobs’, because they’ve spent money buying her magazines and subscribing to her OnlyFans.
The mother-of-one admitted the reaction to her reduction has been ‘wild’ as despite the majority being supportive of her decision, some people have been ‘absolutely devastated’.
And to an insult to injury, Rhian confessed that her husband of seven years, Oliver Mellor, was also initially ‘gutted’ over her decision.
Speaking to The Sun just ahead of her surgery, she said: ‘Oliver was gutted at first – he’s always loved my boobs.
‘But he understands and I think he’ll be happy for me to stop moaning about my back ache, to be honest.’
In a video clip taken nine weeks after her surgery, Rhian said again she was delighted with the results.
‘I’m back at Pall Mall and I’m nine weeks post op. I’m absolutely in love with my boobs,’ she said.
In a clip posted on social media before going under the knife, Rhian revealed her nipples were in fact 11cm lower than they should have been after ‘gravity took its toll’ following the birth of her son George, one.
She said: ‘I’m a bit paranoid about that and I just can’t wait to have them a bit smaller, perkier, uplifted, it’s so exciting.’

Rhian continued: ‘My cup size at the minute is a 34GG, I can fit into a H, and it’s just so difficult to buy a decent bra these days.
‘Bikinis, I can’t even find one to get into because my frame is so small and my boobs are so big so it’s quite difficult.
‘My back ache, ugh, honestly I must have to get a massage like once a week to try and ease the pain and tension in my back.
‘I swim a hell of a lot and I think because my boobs are so big, when I swim my back arches up because they push out the water.
‘So even swimming is difficult for me at the moment, not to mention not being able to get into a swimsuit. Having this reduction is literally going to change my life.’
