The lingerie model has had her breasts reduced from 32HH to a more moderate 32E cup after suffering 'unbearable pain' in her lower back. 

And Rhian, who welcomed son George with husband Oliver Mellor in 2024, claims she now feels half her age ahead of her milestone 40th birthday on September 11.

After healing and showing off the results of the operation, the model called it one of the best decisions of her life and said her new bust has brought her more confidence.

She said: 'I loved my boobs before but now they're reduced, I feel like a new woman! I feel physically lighter, and I don't need to wear an underwired bra, they hold up pretty well.

'I've had my teeth done too - I feel like I've had an overhaul with my appearance! My two front teeth have always been so prominent despite having Invisalign braces, so instead I had composite bonding to make them look uniformed.'

She told Closer magazine: 'I topped up my Botox last week to keep me looking younger, and I love a bit of chin filler too.'

During the interview, Rhian added that even though she endured eight gruelling rounds of IVF before falling pregnant with George, she and Oliver are to have a sibling for their son.

The Celebrity Big Brother star revealed she underwent the reduction after her breasts began making walking 'unbearable' and .

Taking to Instagram at the time, Rhian shared three topless photos of herself before, two weeks after and several weeks after her surgery.

Alongside the post, she wrote: 'From sagging to bragging. Swipe for before and after.

'These are the results from my breast reduction and uplift @pallmallcosmetics no implant, all still natural. Just lifted and reduced.

'4 sizes smaller (I say small) I wanted them kept on the larger side. My scarring is fading so well too!'

However, she said that her decision to alleviate her constant pain has caused her to be hit with a wave of backlash from some of her fans, who moaned she was 'making the worst mistake of my life'.
