Rebel Wilson has relisted her stunning Sydney investment property after pulling it from auction in 2024.
The Pitch Perfect star, 45, has relisted the chic Balmain apartment for $2million – $300,000 less than her previous asking price.
Tucked away in the heritage-listed Lever Brothers soap factory, Rebel purchased the two-bedroom pad off the plan back in 2018 for $1.8million.

She bought the three-bedroom property for $3.76million in early 2015, before enlisting architect Paul O’Connor for a ‘meticulous renovation’.
The actress made a staggering profit of $5.74million after owning the house for just seven years.
That same year, Rebel purchased another Birchgrove property for $3.6million, through her company, Camp Sugar Productions.

It comes after Rebel revealed the heartbreaking news that her beloved grandmother had died, aged 95.
She made the announcement in July, alongside an Instagram reel showing an array of images of her Grandma Gar and family, including wife Ramona Agruma.
‘Goodbye to my incredible Grandma Gar – the BEST grandmother ever,’ the Pitch Perfect star began in a lengthy caption.
‘She passed away at 95 years old. Her favourite movie was The Wizard of Oz because when she was a young girl she was banned by her father from seeing it for being “naughty”. But years later, she finally got to watch it,’ she continued.
The loss occurred just months after Rebel’s grandfather died at the age of 97 in December.
Sharing a photo of herself and her elderly relative on Instagram at the time, Rebel wrote, ‘RIP Poppy – 97 years young. The best grandpa!’
Rebel’s grandma was able to see her marry wife Ramona at the couple’s second wedding in Australia in December.

Rebel revealed her sister Liberty officiated the wedding, which was attended by their closest family and friends.
‘My sister Liberty officiated our legal wedding in Sydney!’ she wrote at the time.
‘It meant my 94-year-old grandmother Gar could come, which was very special to us to have her included, and it just felt right to do it in my hometown at this glorious time of the year!’
Rebel and Ramona first tied the knot in Sardinia, Italy, on 28 September last year, with daughter Royce as their flower girl.’
