The striker went on to describe his career as 'crazy' and that 'I don't know how I did it' as several archive clips of him scoring played in the trailer.
Elsewhere Rebekah recalled the moment her husband Jamie missed her first pregnancy scan due to his excessive drinking and partying.
The TV personality admitted that she was forced to intervene and credits the tough conversation for saving the footballer's career.
Rebekah met her England star husband Jamie, 39, in 2014 when she was working at The Viper Rooms nightclub in Sheffield and was asked to organise his 27th birthday party.
Just three months after meeting, she fell pregnant with their daughter Sofia.
Speaking in the new Netflix documentary, which is released May 12, Rebekah said she stormed into a nightclub to find him boozing with his pals when he was meant to be with her at a scan.
It was then when Jamie admitted he partied to deal with the pressure that came with signing for Leicester.

She said: 'Jamie said he'd always been rejected and been told he wasn't good enough. And so naturally you do start to believe that's true.
'But I said to him, you are gonna screw everything up that you've worked so bl***y hard for if you don't change your lifestyle choices.

'I'm not telling you to stop drinking. I'm just telling you to rein it in. We talked for hours and hours and it was like therapy for him.'
Rebekah told of how Jamie managed to 'turn it around in quite a short space of time' which Jamie said was '100 per cent what I needed.'
Speaking about her first encounter with Jamie, Rebekah previously told her I'm A Celeb campmates: 'He was the most demanding person you had ever met in your life, ever. He just pursued me.'
'Anyway, we went out for a drink, and he's just the most amazing person. He was so sweet, and that was it!'
Their first daughter, Sofia, was born in 2014 and the couple went on to wed at a lavish ceremony at Peckforton Castle in Cheshire in 2016.
Wedding guests included One Direction star Louis Tomlinson, rapper Tinchy Stryder, Leicester City fan Sergio Pizzorno of rock band Kasabian and Vardy's Leicester City team-mates.
But many of her husband's close family stayed away, with Rebekah blamed for causing a rift between Jamie and his mother Lisa and stepfather Phil, who did not attend their wedding.
