Love Island Australia’s Cassidy McGill is no stranger to getting cosmetic surgery.
But the reality TV star has declared she will never get lip filler again after a procedure went wrong.
During an Instagram Q&A, one curious fan asked Cassidy if she had ever had her lips filled or flipped – the latter being a non-surgical procedure that involves injecting Botox into the lip area.
She replied: ‘I’ve had both before! Didn’t love the lip flip because I couldn’t wrap my lips around a straw.
‘Hated filler. It migrated and my lips looked awful. I really do just prefer my natural lippies.’
Love Island Australia star Cassidy McGill, 28, has declared she will never get lip filler again after a procedure went wrong
She went on to say she would rather try getting her lips ‘blushed/tattooed to help define them’.
Cassidy shared two photos of herself alongside the lengthy message, with the first showing the natural, beautiful shape of her mouth.
The second picture showed the blonde beauty’s face when she had lip filler, and while the change was hardly noticeable, Cassidy pointed out the problem.

Drawing a white circle around her upper lip, the influencer revealed there was a small bump above it where the lip filler had begun migrating up her face.
‘You can see it migrating up above my lip and I hated it. To be honest, I think there’s even still a bit up there now,’ she explained.
Cassidy recently came under fire for her hot take on the hit rom-com Anyone But You.
She replied: ‘I’ve had both before! Didn’t love the lip flip because I couldn’t wrap my lips around a straw. ‘Hated filler. It migrated and my lips looked awful. I really do just prefer my natural lippies’
She took to TikTok to slam the film, claiming Sydney Sweeney and Glen Powell had no chemistry – but quickly found herself in hot water with the movie’s fans.
Cassidy received an avalanche of comments critiquing her take on the movie.
One follower wrote: ‘You’re trying to be controversial on purpose, it had soo many great parts, I think it was real, there was honesty, humour and great character development. Great chemistry, you can’t fake that.’
Another commented, ‘Can sense someone trying to be a little different,’ while yet another wrote, ‘Whatttt I’m convinced people are just haters at this point lol. Did we even watch the same movie???’
