Tony Mojanovski, 54, owned a fishing charter business with his nephew, and in November 2025, called to discuss the business.
Court documents revealed that the conversation 'quickly turned volatile' when Mojanovski's nephew said he couldn't attend work that day, the Illawarra Mercury reported.
The reality star reportedly threatened his nephew with physical harm, prompting the victim to record the conversation using his wife's phone.
In the audio, Mojanovski was heard saying: 'I'm gonna kill you, ya c***.'"
The victim reported the matter to police and Mojanovski was later arrested and taken to Illawarra Police Station, where he initially denied the allegation.

During an interview with police, Mojanovski said he did not remember making the threats but retracted his story after hearing the victim's recording, telling police: 'There you go, that's what I said.'
Appearing in Wollongong Local Court on Wednesday, Mojanovski pleaded guilty to intimidation.
He avoided a conviction and was placed on a conditional release order to be of good behaviour for one year.
Mojanovski told the court that he regretted his actions.
'It's just a mistake I made,' he said. 'I'm not an aggressive person, I've never been in a fight.
'He just pushed me to my limits.'
Judge David Williams accepted that Mojanovski was not a violent person and was otherwise a man of good character.
Mojanovski declined to comment when contacted by Daily Mail.
