Kanye West is going to sue his former dentist in a desperate bid to prove to his wife Bianca Censori that his unhinged anti-Semitic, sexist and homophobic rant earlier this year was a result of the nitrous oxide he had been prescribed.

The disgraced rapper, 47, exploded into a shocking tirade on X on February 7 in which he professed his love for Hitler and advertised the sale of Swastika t-shirts on his Yeezy clothing site, which was swiftly suspended. He also announced a fashion collaboration with Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, dropped the homophobic F-word slur and sparked fears for Censori after claiming to have ‘dominion’ over her.

The vile diatribe, which continued for three-days, left the architectural designer, 30, so ‘traumatised’ that she reportedly considered divorce proceedings.

Now, a source close to the troubled rapper, who has previously admitted to abusing nitrous oxide, has claimed his online meltdown was a ‘relapse’ and that West’s decision to sue his dentist, Dr. Thomas Connelly, is a last ditch attempt to save his marriage. 

‘For Bianca, the outburst was a breaking point,’ the insider told DailyMail.com exclusively.

‘Bianca told Ye that she does not know how she can get past it and make it okay in her mind. It caused irreparable damage to their marriage and her trust.

‘That’s why Kanye decided to sue the dentist to show Bianca he is not responsible for his actions.’

Last week, DailyMail.com obtained the formal notice of intent to initiate litigation, informing Dr. Connelly of the couple’s decision to move forward with the lawsuit.

West, who was a patient from 2024 through to early this year, is accusing the dentist of medical malpractice by supplying him with nitrous oxide. The letter claims Dr. Connelly engaged in ‘inappropriate and dangerous practices that were far outside the bounds of any legitimate medical purpose or standard of care.’

The notice claims that West, who underwent cosmetic procedures including a custom titanium crown, ‘sustained neurological damage and physical harm due to prolonged nitrous oxide exposure’ and experienced ‘significant psychological trauma and emotional distress.’

It is said Dr. Connelly supplied nitrous oxide, known as laughing gas for ‘purely recreational use, far beyond what would be used in any standard dental procedure.’

The notice also alleges that Dr. Connelly delivered large ‘surgical-size’ tanks to West’s own home which they claim ‘effectively’ enabled and encouraged him to continue use outside of a medical setting.

His ‘improper conduct’ was discovered by May 2024 and he was ‘instructed’ to cease with the behavior, but the letter claims he ‘refused to do so.’

West even added his wife to the intended lawsuit, alleging in the notice that his behavior left her ‘deprived of the companionship, support, services, and marital relationship of her husband.’

‘Kanye decided to sue the dentist to show Bianca he is not responsible for his actions,’ a sourced told DailyMail.com

‘Instead of enjoying a healthy married life, she was forced to witness Ye’s physical and mental distress and deterioration,’ the notice read.

The notice also accuses Dr. Connelly of financially exploiting West ‘through fraudulent billing and overcharging’ and claims his alleged crimes resulted in ‘financial harm and economic losses and losses of consortium’ for the father-of-four.

DailyMail.com has contacted Dr. Connelly for comment. 

West’s shocking three-day rampage left the fate of their $25 million film in jeopardy, with DailyMail.com revealing at the time that two producers were on the verge of walking out. 

Sources claim it occurred following a visit to Dr. Connelly and that Censori was initially unaware.

‘When she learned what he had done, she was mortified,’ a source said.

Last year, West’s rep Milo Yiannopoulos made the same allegations against Dr. Connelly in an affidavit.

A rep for the dentist told TMZ at the time that claims made by Yiannopoulos were ‘not only factually incorrect but also intentionally misleading,’ as they insisted Dr. Connelly follows legal and ethical standards.

West even added his wife to the lawsuit, alleging that Censori, 30, was ‘deprived of the companionship, support, services, and marital relationship of her husband’

The NY Post was the first to report on West’s addiction to nitrous oxide back in August.

‘There is an issue with nitrous and his dentist, and the medication leads to this meltdown,’ a source told the outlet. ‘When he comes off the nitrous, he’s crazy, he just wants to be able to do anything he wants.

‘It’s as if thoughts are coming to him and he speaks his mind. It’s like a cultural Tourette’s experience, his entire life is a video game.’

Since the incident, West has continued to spew hate, attacking his ex-wife Kim Kardashian, claiming she prevents him from seeing their four children and that he regrets getting her pregnant.

He also verbally attacked Taylor Swift and posted vile tweets about Beyonce and Jay-Z’s children. 

In March he wore a KKK-style outfit and swastika necklace for an interview, and last week sang anti-Semitic lyrics as he debuted his new music on a live stream.
