Caroline Stanbury arrived in Australia on Wednesday alongside her much younger husband Sergio Carrallo, 29, to promote the second season of Real Housewives of Dubai.
The British businesswoman, who was previously in a relationship with Prince Andrew, showed off the results of a full facelift she had last year as she stepped off her flight.
Wearing all-black attire, Caroline dressed comfortably in leggings and a cropped black jumper that displayed her smaller waist.
She paired her look with shin-high leather boots and accessorised with black sunglasses that sat on her jumper collar.
The reality television personality also carried a black leather handbag and orange luggage that was wrapped in a clear plastic covering.

The lovebirds were all smiles upon their arrival into the country and even stopped to pose for photos with eager fans who greeted them.
On Thursday morning, Caroline candidly opened up about her Ozempic use after admitting on her podcast she’d lost weight with the drug.

Speaking on The Fox’s Fifi, Fev & Nick, she said the weight loss drug is a great tool for those who need to shed the kilos.
‘I did Ozempic because I did two rounds of IVF. I’ve always been small, but I put on 18 pounds (8kg) after doing two rounds of IVF,’ she explained.
‘Anyone over 45 [knows] it’s really hard to lose weight. I think it’s an amazing, amazing tool for people.
‘I’m not lazy, I go to the gym all the time. My husband is 29. I have to run around the bedroom. Ozempic is a great tool for people who have tried everything, I really, really can’t fault it.

On her podcast, Uncut and Uncensored, Caroline admitted she had plastic surgery to address her ‘Ozempic face’
Addressing the surgery, she said: ‘I feel great because it takes a toll on your body and on your face. And so you lose the youthfulness of a full cheek. He has built my cheeks up, I don’t know how he did it’

‘I don’t want to live on it, I’ve done it. Now, I sustain it. But why wouldn’t you want a happy wife, happy life? If she feels good, you feel good, the whole family feels good.’

Addressing the surgery, she said: ‘I feel great because it takes a toll on your body and on your face. And so you lose the youthfulness of a full cheek. He has built my cheeks up, I don’t know how he did it.’
Complimenting her new look, her husband Sergio said: ‘I look at you from here and I see this shiny little mountain under your eyes and it’s like a cheek just built up, and it’s so beautiful.’

Caroline admitted it caused tension between her and her younger spouse.
Sergio’s desires for them to have shared meals together clashed with his preference for her having a slimmer figure.
‘What did Kate Moss say? Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels. There’s something to be said for that,’ Caroline added.
Sergio then explained their routine: ‘We try to maintain a balance. If we have a big dinner, we try to just fast a little bit until breakfast.’
He then told his wife: ‘I think you found your balance now.’
The TV personality was left covered in bandages following her recent cosmetic procedure, but she insisted the decision to go under the knife had nothing to do with her marriage to Sergio, who is 18-years her junior
Asked why she had the facelift if she was confident in her husband, she said: ‘This had zero to do with @sergiocarallo he begged me not to do it! I don’t worry about my relationship with him one minute of the day’

The pair also discussed arguing over their eating habits, as she described how he drives her ‘nuts’ by wanting to eat large meals together, but also likes for her to have a trim physique.
‘Sergio is an eater, and he doesn’t like to eat on his own. I don’t need as much food as Sergio’ she said.
Sergio explained: ‘If I love someone, it just makes you happy to see that person eating and enjoying pastry with you.’
‘You can’t say you like that body and then give me six pastries because it makes you more happy,’ Caroline snapped back.
Sergio retorted: ‘I understand honey, obviously not. I love what you’re doing now. Which is for example, today you’re not having any pastries in the morning. You only had smoothies. But yesterday night you enjoyed our dinner with dessert. And you actually ate that.’
Caroline did not specify how much weight she lost with the help of Ozempic, or when she started taking it.
In November Stanbury revealed that she had undergone her facelift in Los Angeles ‘with no information whatsoever’.
She later admitted it left her looking like she’d ‘been in a car crash’.
