There is also a Kardashian link that goes back decades.

His other sister is married to an old money New Yorker as she has become a style icon.

His mother is on Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills with her sister who has her own fame thanks to years of being on TV.

He has a long rap sheet from his youth that involves arrests and rehab.

He is rarely seen in family photos but lately he has been included more often, and, happily, he seems to be doing much better these days.

Who is he?

He is Paris Hilton’s brother Conrad Hughes Hilton.

On Thanksgiving she posted a very rare photo with her brother Conrad, who has been out of the spotlight for years.

He was not seen much after getting into nonstop legal trouble in his youth.

But there he was in a holiday Instagram post appeared to be very much a part of the family as he wore a Christmas onesie.

He was with sisters Paris and Nicky as well as his 34-year-old brother Barron II, who has been married for five years to Tessa Gräfin von Walderdorff. Together they have daughter Milou Alizée and son Caspian.

This comes just as Paris announced she has welcomed a daughter with Carter named London. 

Conrad Hughes Hilton is the younger brother of Paris.

He was born in 1994. 

In his teen years, he was seen often with Paris.

He attended the Los Angeles premiere of her film The Hottie & The Nottie in 2008.

But then came the issues.

Conrad pleaded guilty in 2015 to assault for making threats against passengers and flight attendants on an international flight from London to Los Angeles in July 2014. 

According to a criminal report obtained by PEOPLE, witnesses reported that he shouted profanities at crew and passengers, including, ‘I am going to f****** kill you!’

He was ordered into a substance abuse treatment center in January 2016 for at least 90 days after allegedly failing drug tests and violating his parole.

In July 2016, Conrad faced more legal woes as he was sentenced to two months in prison for admitting that he used drugs in violation of his parole stemming from his 2015 arrest.

‘Given what the family has been through, they’re almost in denial,’ an insider told PEOPLE at the time.

‘The Hiltons cope by deflecting. They’re very good at ignoring problems.’ He was later released from prison in August 2016, after serving two months.

In 2017, he was arrested again on charges of grand theft auto and violating a restraining order. 

At the time, TMZ reported he had allegedly tried to break into the home of voice actress E.G. Daily — violating a 2015 restraining order E.G.’s daughter, Hunter Daily Saloman, had against him.

He later pleaded no contest to the criminal charges and was sentenced to three years of formal probation.

He was also ordered to continue with mental health and substance abuse counseling. 

He was also ordered to pay nearly $500 in fines and fees, per Los Angeles Daily News.

Conrad was at Paris’ wedding to Reum in November 2021. 

In photos obtained by The Daily Mail, Conrad was seen heading to the reception at Kathy and Rick Hilton’s Bel-Air mansion.
