Michael ‘Wippa’ Wipfli shocked his listeners on Thursday when he revealed he caught a US pop star picking his nose at the Australian Open.
‘I don’t know what was going on yesterday with Redfoo but every time I tried to film him, he just kept picking his nose,’ he told co-hosts Kate Ritchie and Ryan Fitzgerald.
Ritchie, 45, heartily chuckled at Wippa’s story and then asked if he was joking – and he assured her he wasn’t.
‘I don’t know what was going on but he was having a shot at it,’ he added
‘I’ve got a series of photos on my phone of Redfoo knuckle deep on his nostril.’

Wippa later shared a photo to Instagram of Redfoo with his fingers over his nose, leaving no doubt in his co-hosts mind that he wasn’t joking around.
It comes after Redfoo stunned tennis fans at the Australian Open on Wednesday by making a surprise appearance to watch the quarter final match in Melbourne.
The charismatic rapper brought his signature style to the match and turned heads with an aqua blue patterned dress shirt and black pants.

His distinctive appearance made him instantly identifiable as he rocked his iconic hairdo that was his trademark during his LMFAO days.
The Los Angeles native – born Stefan Gordy – completed his getup with flashy white rimmed glasses and a goatee.
The hitmaker was seen energetically cheering on the tennis players from the stands and jumping out of his seat to scream words of support to the athletes.
He looked thrilled to be injecting his unique energy into the Rod Laver Arena and left spectators in awe of his unexpected presence.
The former X Factor Australia judge has in recent years taken time off touring, become a vegan and taken up a new passion.
Redfoo, who is the son of Motown founder Berry Gordy Jr., appears to have become a programmer working on the Ethereum blockchain.
The Let’s Get Ridiculous singer described himself online as: ‘Vegan Crypto coder tennis playing DJ Party Rocker.’
