Rachel Stevens has announced she is releasing a tell-all memoir after her former bandmate Hannah Spearritt penned her own book.
The S Club star, 45, took to Instagram on Monday to confirm that her book, titled Finding My Voice, will be released next year.
Rachel – who split from her husband Alex Bourne last year – described her first ever book as a ‘personal project’ as she revealed the news amid S Club’s reunion tour.
It comes after her bandmate Hannah, 42, decided not to join S Club on their tour and admitted she doesn’t know if she will ever sing with the band again.
Hannah has also penned her own memoir, titled Facing the Music, after leaving the band and is also set to appear on Dancing On Ice next year.

Rachel shared a picture of her own book’s draft cover and teased that there is ‘so much’ that she hasn’t had the confidence to share before now.
She wrote: ‘Hi everyone. I am SO excited to finally announce that behind the scenes, I’ve been working on a brand new, very personal project… I’ve written my first-ever book!
‘FINDING MY VOICE: A Story of Strength, Self-Belief and S Club 7 will publish on the 25th April next year.
‘There’s so much I haven’t had the confidence to share before now. I can’t wait to let you in and share my story with you all. You can pre order now using the link in my bio.’
It comes after Rachel announced her split from her husband Alex in July 2022 after almost 13 years of marriage.
She made the announcement on Instagram, writing: ‘I just wanted to share with you all that after time and consideration the difficult decision has been made for Alex and I to separate.
‘While we are no longer partners in marriage, we will remain partners in parenthood to our beautiful girls and continue with love and respect for each other.
‘I feel so incredibly grateful for the life we built together and will now continue to be focused on moving forward united as a family.’

The couple previously dated as children, before reconnecting in their late 20s and rekindling their relationship.
They tied the knot at Claridge’s in London in 2009, walking down the aisle to S Club 7’s hit Never Had A Dream Come True, with all six of Rachel’s bandmates there to watch them say ‘I do’.
Rachel and Alex share two children, Amelie, 12, and Minnie, nine.
Rachel’s book announcement comes after Hannah admitted she doesn’t know if she will ever sing with S Club again after quitting the reunion tour following Paul Cattermole’s death.
She left the newly-reunited band’s tour in May just weeks after her bandmate and ex-boyfriend Paul tragically died.
Paul was found dead at the age of 46 on April 6 at his home in Dorset, with no suspicious circumstances around his sudden death.
Hannah told how ‘everything’ changed for her after Paul’s death and gave her time to reflect on whether rejoining the band was the right thing to do.
She admitted she doesn’t know if she will ever rejoin S Club on stage again after leaving the newly-reunited band’s tour.

Hannah told The Sun: ‘Will I ever perform with them again? I just don’t know, I’m glad that the tour is still going ahead and the songs will live on, but now I’m looking forward, not backwards.’
She also revealed that she had been having ‘crippling panic attacks’ before quitting the tour as she spoke about how her health had been suffering at the time.
‘I hadn’t been in the best of health — I’ve got a compromised immune system and stress makes it worse,’ she went on.
‘My body just couldn’t cope with everything that was happening. I wasn’t myself, I was getting these crippling panic attacks, was suffering from really bad vertigo and was tired all the time.’
Hannah said her health was affecting her children – Tea, four, and Tora, two, who she shares with Adam Thomas – because she had no energy to do anything with them.
She explained that after Paul’s death, she realised she couldn’t rejoin S Club for the tour, admitting ‘it just didn’t feel right’.
Hannah apologised to S Club’s fans for not deciding to leave but said she had to do what was best for herself and her family.
Her bandmates Rachel, Jon Lee, 41, Bradley McIntosh, 42, Jo O’Meara, 44, and Tina Barrett, 47, kicked off the S Club tour – which is dedicated to Paul – on October 12.

Hannah claimed she hasn’t been in touch with her former bandmates since she left the band, admitting she is sad not to be but insisted she wishes them ‘all the best’.
Looking towards the future, Hannah is now joining the line-up of Dancing On Ice and is gearing up for the release of her book Facing the Music next week.
Hannah’s bandmates confirmed her departure in a video on social media where they also paid tribute to Paul after his death.
Referring to Hannah’s absence in the video, Jon continued: ‘You’ve probably already noticed there’s only five of us here today and although Hannah will always be a part of S Club 7, she won’t be joining us on this tour.
‘We wish her all the best for the future. However, the five of us are geared up and ready to crack on. It’s going to be our tribute to Paul.
‘So we are actually renaming the tour The Good Times Tour, which is the song that Paul was going to sing.’
Hannah and Paul dated from 2001 before splitting in 2006, with the pair rekindling their romance in 2015 before finally going their separate ways just months later.
S Club 7 had announced in February this year that they would be embarking on a reunion tour in October to mark their 25th anniversary as a band.
