The singer, 45, cut a relaxed figure as her twinkle-toed boyfriend dropped her off at S Club 7 dance rehearsals.
Heart FM guest host Rachel and Brendyn first met when they started training for Dancing On Ice in November 2021.
Brendyn was seen dropping off the brunette beauty in his black convertible Mini Cooper.
Rachel opted for a casual look for the session as she stepped out in a pair of black joggers, a white T-shirt and a grey jumper slung over her shoulders.

The Sweet Dreams My LA Ex star finished her sporty ensemble with Nike trainers, sunglasses, and a large black day bag.
Before jumping out of the car, Rachel was spotted fueling her body by eating some lunch before rehearsals.
Rachel and Brendyn were the third couple to be eliminated on Dancing On Ice as they left the competition in Week four.
But their early departure did not sour their relationship.
A source said: ‘Rachel had a really great friendship and partnership with Brendyn and it keeps developing…she wasn’t expecting to find love again at this stage in her life but she’s feeling positive about what’s to come and hopeful about a new start.’
Rachel was previously in a relationship with Alex Bourne, the father of her two daughters. The two announced their divorce in July 2022.
Earlier this year, Rachel revealed S Club 7’s plans to mark the one-year anniversary of their bandmate Paul Cattermole’s death.
Paul was found dead on April 6 – just two months after he and the band announced they were due to go on a reunion tour this autumn.

Earlier this month, Rachel has revealed S Club 7’s plans to mark the one-year anniversary of their bandmate Paul Cattermole’s death (pictured on stage during Good Times Tour in Toronto in February
Rachel revealed that to mark the sad occasion, she and her bandmates will be ‘raising a glass’ in Paul’s honour, telling The Sun On Sunday that touring with the group has been ‘cathartic’ following Paul’s death.
She told the publication: ‘I can’t believe it is coming up to a year, but we will absolutely be raising a glass.’
‘We celebrate him all the time and that has been another thing that has been so special about coming back together’, she added,
‘Paul was so excited about this tour, and it has turned into such a tribute to and celebration of him.
‘It has been very emotional, but it’s a very cathartic way of sharing him and his memories.’
Rachel, Hannah Spearritt, 42, Paul, Tina Barrett, 47, Jon Lee, 41, Bradley McIntosh, 42 and Jo O’Meara, 44, formed as S Club 7 in 1998 and had a string of huge hits between 1999 and 2003.
They had four number one singles including Don’t Stop Movin’ and Never Had A Dream Come True.
Paul died suddenly of natural causes, before it was later revealed he’d passed away due to heart issues. There was no inquest into his death.
His body was discovered in his ground floor flat in Wareham, Dorset, devastating his bandmates and fans.
Paul, who made a living as a tarot card reader after quitting the group in 2002, was said to have been in ‘good spirits’ when he was seen at a park close to his home days earlier.
A spokeswoman for Dorset Coroner’s Office said: ‘We confirm that Mr Cattermole died from natural causes and our investigations have concluded. As his death was from natural causes there will be no inquest.’
His ex-girlfriend and fellow S Club 7 star Hannah, 42, was said to be ‘in bits’ after she was told the news.
Following his death, the band rebranded as S Club as Hannah pulled out of the tour a month later.
His family and S Club released a joint statement announcing his sad passing.
They said: ‘It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of our beloved son and brother Paul Cattermole.
‘Paul was found yesterday, 6th April 2023 at his home in Dorset and was pronounced dead later that afternoon.
‘While the cause of death is currently unknown, Dorset Police has confirmed that there were no suspicious circumstances.
‘Paul’s family, friends and fellow members of S Club request privacy at this time.’
At the time the band paid tribute to Paul on social media.
Writing alongside a black and white photograph of him in the band’s heyday, they said: ‘We are truly devastated by the passing of our brother Paul. There are no words to describe the deep sadness and loss we all feel. We were so lucky to have had him in our lives and are thankful for the amazing memories we have.
‘He will be so deeply missed by each and every one of us.’ website.
In 2021, Paul launched a YouTube channel called Tarot Me This, where he called upon fans to make a donation in exchange for a reading, explaining ‘clairvoyance’ was his new line of work.
He later revealed he hid his psychic abilities from the rest of S Club 7 because he feared it would make him sound ‘crazy’.
The singer previously explained how he enters rooms and reads the ‘energy within them’, adding that the older he’s got, the better he’s able to ‘process’ what’s going on.

After leaving his pop career behind, Paul spent a decade honing his skills to build his career, but told how his abilities first surfaced in his teens, before growing more ‘intense’ in his 20s.
He was forced to sell his Brit Award for Best Newcomer, won in 2002, for a jaw-dropping £66,100 after putting it up on eBay.
In 2018, Paul left Loose Women viewers in tears as he discussed his life living on the breadline, revealing he was living off noodles and couldn’t afford a new shirt for his television appearance at the time.
He has fallen on hard times and has been experiencing money problems since being declared bankrupt in 2015.
