Rachael Finch and her dancer husband Michael Miziner are saying goodbye to their lavish Sydney penthouse, listing the stunning property on the market for $3.3million.
The couple, who met on Dancing With The Stars in 2010, have lived in the dual-level apartment for more than a decade, after snapping it up off-the-plan in 2014 for $1.65million.
If the Waterloo property sells at its listed price, the couple will double their original investment, taking home a tidy $1.65million profit.
The stunning three-bedroom, three-bathroom property boasts stylish, contemporary architecture spread across 250 square metres of living space.
The 10th-floor property also features floor-to-ceiling glass walls, tiled floors, panoramic views of Sydney and dual parking facilities.
It’s ideally located near a range of amenities, including shops, restaurants, public transport and schools.

But with their two children growing up fast, the pair say they’re ready for the next chapter in a family home.
‘We have enjoyed living here so much. The privacy is unmatched – we don’t share any common walls, which makes it feel like our own sanctuary in the sky,’ they told Realestate.com.au.
‘With our children getting older, we’re now looking for a house that better suits our next chapter.’
The property will head to auction on Saturday, October 18.
Rachael rose to fame in 2009 when she placed third runner-up in the Miss Universe beauty pageant.
She has since become a TV presenter, a brand ambassador and a health guru.
The Queensland-born model married Michael, who was her former Dancing with the Stars partner, in 2013.
In September 2014, they welcomed their first child, daughter Violet, and in March 2017, Rachael gave birth to their second child, son Dominic.

Known for her fit physique and cutting-edge fashion sense, she previously told Pregnancy Life and Style that her second pregnancy had not been entirely smooth sailing.
‘With Violet I was ill for about one to two weeks, and with this pregnancy I was sick for 12 weeks straight,’ she began.
‘Thankfully I’m feeling back to normal now.’
Rachael and her dancer husband have worked together on a fitness program called BOD.
It features dance-based workouts, meal plans, guided meditations, stretching routines, and a specialised program for pregnant women.
