On Sunday, The Blind Side alum Quinton Aaron was ‘overwhelmed and blessed’ to announce that he’s shed 200lbs off his towering 6ft8in frame, and he now weighs 375lbs.
The Bronx-born 41-year-old once topped the scales at 575lbs in 2012 until he realized he was eating himself ‘into an early grave,’ and he now has only 55lbs to go to reach his 320lb goal weight.
Quinton – who boasts 495K social media followers – noted: ‘Then I will be the same weight I was when I was 14 playing football in high school.’
Aaron claimed he tried to take Ozempic last year, but he stopped after suffering an allergic reaction the trendy GLP-1 agonist drug beloved by celebrities.

Instead, the self-described depressive eater credited his shrinking waistline to intermittent fasting, cutting sugar and carbs, and ‘a lot of cardio in the bedroom’ with his new wife Margarita.Â
‘Mentally, physically and emotionally, she has been my confidant and shelter through my storms,’ Quinton gushed to TMZ on Tuesday.
‘I truly believe God was blessing me with one of his Angels when he sent her to me. She’s helped me get over my depression and so much more.
‘She loves to tell people that she only does 5% and I do the other 95% but I believe she’s much more important in my life than even she gives herself credit for.’
Aaron – who was diagnosed with congestive heart failure – last made headlines for being hospitalized on February 27 with Type A flu and pneumonia.
The Experiment 77 actor first found fame in 2009 playing NFL offensive tackle Michael Oher in John Lee Hancock’s biopic The Blind Side, which amassed $309.2M at the global box office and scored his onscreen ‘adoptive’ mother Sandra Bullock an Oscar.
