Queen Latifah, 53, Rocks a Plunging Swimsuit on Beach Day in Florida After Receiving Award from President Joe Biden

Hollywood favorite Queen Latifah seemed to not have a care in the world as she took a dip in Malibu, Florida this weekend.

The 53-year-old movie star wore a very low-cut black one-piece swimsuit as she added black-and-white shorts from SHAN for a fashionable day-at the-beach look.

The rap singer had her hair back as she was bedecked in shiny gold jewelry that added an element of glamour. She also had on a large metal sports watch.

The former stand-up comedienne looked to be having a blast as she smiled and laughed while walking up the sandy beach after taking a dip in the ocean.

The Last Holiday star was brave to walk into the ocean after weeks of chilly weather in Florida.

Temperatures have hovered in the low 65 degrees at night.

The movie and TV star also had on a white wrist band that may have been from the resort she was staying in. On the other hand was a large tattoo. 

This comes after the Beauty Shop actress was seen in Washington DC. Queen was honored at the Kennedy Center.

The inductees were seated aside President Joe Biden and his wife Jill to receive the highest American arts award. 

The Grammy-winning rapper was the first woman in hip-hop to receive the accolade, decades after she released her debut album All Hail The Queen.

The 2023 class also included the beloved comic and actor Billy Crystal of When Harry Met Sally… fame as well as soul legend Dionne Warwick, star soprano Renee Fleming and the sole surviving Bee Gee, Barry Gibb, who is best known for the songs on Saturday Night Fever.

Queen Latifah’s longtime partner, 43-year-old choreographer Eboni Nichols, was not seen on the beach with the star this weekend. 

Together they have a child named Rebel, four.

Latifah, who was born Dana Owens, and Nichols have been dating since 2013.

She also had on a large silver and gold metal sports watch with a royal blue face

Eboni is a professional dancer and choreographer who has toured with some of the biggest names in music including Beyoncé, Rihanna and Usher.

She graduated from Chapman University in Southern California with a degree in Theatre and Dance.

Eboni also spent some time dancing as a Laker Girl for the Los Angeles Lakers basketball time.

Latifah and Eboni met in 2009 while the Just Wright star was on Dancing With the Stars. 

The couple are famously private. So much so that the All Hail the Queen rapper didn’t even mention Eboni publicly until eight years into their relationship. 

Latifah publicly acknowledged her partner Eboni and son Rebel for the first time during her acceptance speech for the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2021 BET Awards.

She closed her speech with a ‘Happy Pride’ message before saying, ‘Eboni, my love; Rebel, my love’ while placing her hand on her heart.

The back of her bathing suit was cut low as well as the straps started out slender and got wider toward the base

A day off from it all proved to be the right medicine for the singer as she looked carefree while walking barefoot

Latifah has kept her private life out of the spotlight for her entire career.

In 2008, she told the New York Times: ‘I don’t have a problem discussing the topic of somebody being gay, but I do have a problem discussing my personal life.

‘You don’t get that part of me. Sorry. 

‘We’re not discussing it in our meetings, I don’t feel like I need to share my personal life, and I don’t care if people think I’m gay or not,’ she continued.

‘Assume whatever you want. You do it anyway.’
