Kelley Wolf, the estranged wife of actor Scott Wolf, could be banned from using social media as her case progresses if prosecutors have their way.
Prosecutors have asked a judge overseeing her case to add a ban on social media use as a condition of her bond after she alleged doxxed the 57-year-old Party Of Five star by sharing his personal phone number in an Instagram post on Tuesday, according to court documents obtained by Us Weekly.
The judge has not yet weighed in on whether they’ll restrict Kelley’s access to social media.
The latest development in Kelley’s case comes as her ex Scott was granted a temporary protective order against his 48-year-old estranged wife, according to court records viewed by the Daily Mail.
Both Kelley and a representative for Scott have been contacted by the Daily Mail for comment, but neither has yet responded.
On Thursday, a judge approved the actor’s request for a temporary protective order against his ex.

The development comes as Scott, 57, was granted a temporary protective order against his ex on Thursday. A hearing was scheduled for September 10 to allow him to request an extension; seen with Kelley in January 2023 in LA
Scott had filed his request on Tuesday, the same day that Kelley allegedly doxxed him before she was arrested.
A hearing was set for September 10 to allow Scott to explain if he wants an extension on the order.
According to a police affidavit obtained by the Daily Mail, the officer responding to a call from Scott observed him begin to receive a ‘barrage of phone calls and text messages from unknown people,’ shortly before Scott allegedly showed him Kelley’s post revealing his phone number.
Kelley was subsequently arrested by the same officer on one charge of electronic communication harassment and one charge of electronic disclosure of personal identifying information.
According to an indictment against Kelley obtained by the Daily Mail, the Summit County Attorney later charged Kelley with two counts of electronic disclosure of personal identifying information, both of which are Class B misdemeanors.
Wolf was previously indicted on Thursday on two misdemeanor counts for allegedly doxxing her ex in the wake of her arrest on Tuesday.

A police affidavit obtained by the Daily Mail alleges that Kelley posted Scott’s personal phone number on her Instagram, which led him to receive a ‘barrage of phone calls and text messages from unknown people’; pictured together in 2016 in NYC
In an affidavit of probable cause obtained by the Daily Mail, the officer who arrested Wolf’s estranged wife said that she allegedly posted the 57-year-old Party Of Five star’s phone number online, leading him to receive a barrage of calls while the officer was responding to his initial call accusing his ex of harassment.
A Summit County Jail spokesman told the Daily Mail that Kelley was able to pay her $5000 bail and is about to be released from the jail.
The Daily Mail has contacted Kelley and Scott’s representatives for comment but hasn’t yet received responses.
According to the arresting officers report, he responded to a call from Scott Wolf at his home in Park City, Utah, after he ‘reported receiving multiple text messages from his wife with whom he is going through a divorce…’
Scott then allegedly received a call from Kelley’s phone number, which he answered on speaker phone so that the officer could hear it, but the call remained silent after he answered.
‘Shortly after Scott started receiving a barrage of phone calls and text messages from unknown people,’ the officer continued, noting that ‘Scott said all of the callers were unknown to him.’
The actor then allegedly pulled up his estranged wife’s Instagram page on his phone, which allegedly featured a since-deleted post that revealed Scott’s phone number to anyone visiting her page.
According to the officer, Kelley wrote: ‘Let’s let dimples field his own press? Right? This old heffer needs a hug. And some steak!! And a night out! [sic]’

The reporting officer observed Scott receiving numerous calls from unknown numbers, and then the actor allegedly showed him Kelley’s Instagram post that doxxed him; seen February 6 in Atlanta, Georgia

The officer then drove to Kelley’s residence. He said she refused to open the door, so he waited while she changed out of a bathrobe into clothes before coming out to be arrested

A judge’s order instructed Kelley to seek inpatient or outpatient treatment after posting bail, and she is barred from consuming alcohol or any drugs that aren’t prescribed to her. She was also ordered not to contact any potential witnesses
She then allegedly listed the phone number, adding, ‘Good luck yall!’
Scott allegedly confirmed that ‘dimples’ was a nickname for him, and he complained that the wave of phone calls he received from strangers in the wake of the doxxing was a ‘major disruption,’ with the officer documenting around 24 calls that he received just in the first 10 minutes of their interaction.
The officer said he then drove to Kelley’s home in Peoa, where she allegedly refused to open her front door and instead spoke to him through an open window.
After the officer told Kelley he had seen her post with Scott’s phone number, she refused to respond to the accusation and instead ‘started making counter accusations.’
The officer proceeded to tell Kelley that he had probable cause to arrest her, but he waited outside while she changed out of her bathrobe into more appropriate clothes, before she stepped outside and allowed herself to be arrested.
In a section of the arrest affidavit requesting continued detention, the officer said that Kelley’s family members claimed to him that she had been released from an inpatient treatment facility after agreeing to seek treatment, but she allegedly refused to seek further treatment upon release.
An order to hold with bail signed by a judge instructed that Kelley must ‘participate in inpatient or outpatient medical, behavioral, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.’
The judge also ordered to to refrain from consuming alcohol or taking any drugs that haven’t been prescribed for her.

Kelley was also instructed to refrain from contacting any people who might be potential witness in the case, which would include her estranged husband Scott.
Before her arrested, Kelley posted about police arriving at her house on her Instagram Stories.
‘The police are at my house to arrest me. I have no idea why. Deputy Norton said I must comply and I will. I am not suicidal. I am no danger to anyone. I have done nothing,’ Wolf (born Limp) Instastoried to her 89K followers.
‘He said I will go [to] Summit County Jail. He said I [will] be taken into a cell. And wait for a judge to make some ruling? I am so scared. So confused. I was about to go on a date and it’s the first time I could breathe.
‘Please come and help me! They said they have “probable cause” of a crime? I cannot go to a hospital! I have no mental disorders. No drugs, no arrest, no speeding tickets ever! Please fight for me!’

‘We love you,’ Scott said in the disturbing clip.
‘I don’t love you,’ the FLOW life coach shot back at Wolf.
‘I love you Lucy! I love you Miller! Let Jackson come and see me. You’re a monster. Your whole family is monsters. Wolves in sheep’s clothing! Don’t ever come here again. If I see you here, I’m calling the police.’
Kelley’s 16-year-old son Jackson’s absence from the recent visit was thoroughly explained Tuesday when he posted three Instastories explaining his estrangement.
‘I do not associate with my mom in any way. She is very mentally ill and has completely lost the person she was. I’m very sorry to anyone that has been abused physically or mentally by her,’ the high school sophomore wrote.
‘As well anything said about my dad by Kelley is false. No he is not an abuser, he is not a manipulator and he is not a drug addict.
‘He is a spectacular father and a great man,’ Jackson continued. ‘He only wishes the best for my mom.’
Jackson concluded by sharing screengrabs of disturbing texts where Wolf ‘quit’ being their mom: ‘If you are one of the people supporting this version of my mom, shame on you. I love my mom so much but she isn’t herself right now.’

On August 15, the Doc actor — who filed for divorce on June 9 after 21 years of marriage — shared a private text from Kelley with People that proved that she has been making false abuse allegations against him.
‘The only way I can fight back is to produce claims that are either the same as yours or greater to create more urgency to get the kids back,’ her text read.
‘Or at least get back joint custody.’
The Cricket Project founder was previously placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold on June 13 at a facility for erratic behavior and attempting to take her three children out of the country, and then on July 6 for an incident involving a knife.
In a divorce agreement signed on July 19, a Utah judge ordered Scott to temporarily provide her $10K/month for living costs, car payments, minimum payments on credit cards, and some attorney fees.
Wolf will reprise his role as Dr. Richard Miller in the second season of Barbie Kligman’s medical drama Doc, which premieres September 23 on Fox.
The former sorority sister first found fame on reality TV where she starred in The Real World: New Orleans in 2000 followed by The Challenge in 2002 and The Real World Homecoming in 2022.
