Princess Andre has shared a cryptic post about the ‘lows and emotional moments’ of the last year after her reality show sparked a vicious row between her parents.

The daughter of exes Peter Andre and Katie Price, 18, let cameras into her life last year for ITV’s The Princess Diaries but her glamour model mum hit out after being deliberately excluded from filming.

Katie expressed her frustrations at being ‘disrespected’ and ‘disregarded’, claiming that Peter and his management team were behind the snub. It was then revealed Peter and Princess’s step-mum Emily MacDonagh won’t appear in the second series.

Now, Princess has hinted at the toll the family turmoil took on her as she shared a round-up post to celebrate the New Year.

‘Wow… what a year,’ she wrote on Instagram on Friday. ‘It’s been full of highs and lows, emotional moments, and a lot of growth.

‘I’ve learned so much about myself and I’m genuinely proud of what I’ve achieved.

‘I’m beyond grateful for every experience, every lesson, and every person who has supported me along the way.’

She added: ‘To anyone who might feel like this year has been tough, you’ve made it through and remember that there’s always light at the end of the tunnel.

‘I can’t wait to see what 2026 brings for me! I’m wishing you all the happiest year ahead❤️.’

It comes after it was reported Katie has filmed scenes for the second series of her daughter Princess’s reality show.

The former glamour model, 47, did not appear in the debut run of The Princess Diaries, which launched on ITV last year and followed Princess, 18, as she began building a career in the public eye.

The series featured her dad Peter, step mum Emily and brother Junior, but Katie was missing from the line-up after previously revealing she had been prevented from taking part at the request of Princess’ management team.

However, as Princess continued filming for two further seasons, alongside her brother Junior, it has been suggested the situation has shifted dramatically behind the scenes.

A source told The Sun: ‘Katie has been filming some scenes for the new series of The Princess Diaries.’

They explained that Katie’s involvement would not be full-time but would still be visible to viewers.

‘She will appear on various video calls with her daughter like on FaceTime and things, so she will have a presence in the upcoming episodes,’ they said.

The source added that the move represented a clear reversal from last year.

They added: ‘It’s quite the turnaround as Katie was banned from appearing last time around, but she is a huge part of Princess’s life and both Princess and Katie wanted her mum to be in the show.’

The Daily Mail contacted ITV, Princess Andre, Peter Andre and Katie Price’s representatives for comment at the time.

Series One of The Princess Diaries showed the teen at home with her family, including Peter and stepmother Emily, while Katie appeared only via a voice recording.

The show proved so popular with viewers that it was confirmed to have picked up two more seasons.

It is thought Peter and Emily have pulled out of the upcoming new season following backlash from Katie.

Insiders told the Daily Mail that the influencer made the decision after discussions with her pop star father, 52, who agreed to step back, along with Emily, 36, to quieten the ‘noise’ surrounding his ex-wife Katie’s absence from the show.

When the first series was released in August last year, Katie vented her fury over being snubbed from Princess’ first-ever reality show during an angry outburst on her podcast.

She was responding to claims that she was damaging her daughter’s growing image due to her well-documented personal problems, including drug and alcohol addiction, drink-driving arrests, and multiple bankruptcies.

Katie said: ‘I want the best for Junior and Princess, and I would never get in the way of it.

‘But what hurt my feelings, and it does upset me, is when your kids grow up, you go to their assemblies, you go to their Christmas things, you go to their awards, you go to their football matches or gymnastics, you’re involved in everything they do.

‘And knowing that, what my career has been, Princess is taking that same path, trying to do the same as what I’ve done, which I absolutely love and adore Princess.’

‘But I have not been allowed to go on any photo shoot, no signings or Superdrug openings or anything like that. Why? Because I’m not allowed and I’m not welcome.

‘And it puts Princess in a situation because I don’t want her to feel she has to choose between me and her work because I want her to do well. And I have said to Princess, just see how it feels for me because I should be there supporting you, I want to be there to support you like my family did. And I’m your mum, and especially as you’re doing stuff that I did, I’m proud of you and want to be there.’
