Laura also opened up about how her pregnancy has been progressing, giving followers a candid insight into her journey so far.
She captioned the post: ‘A little pregnancy update. Oh we’ve popped! Nearly in the third trimester now.
‘Mad how second time round you literally forget where you’re up to in pregnancy cos you’re so busy with your toddler.
‘The first pregnancy I could have probably told you how many minutes pregnant I was, this time round I have to keep checking my dates!

‘Sickness finally eased off a few weeks ago. Started to make up for it by eating everything in sight. Glad I made the most of those few weeks now cos [I have] been told yesterday I have gestational diabetes again.
‘Praying this doesn’t affect my delivery choice this time round. Hoping for a VBAC. Just over 12 weeks to go.’
The Instagram post comes after Laura announced in June that she was expecting her second child.
The restaurant worker turned paramedic, who married her mystery husband in August 2022, shared an adorable photo of her son Leo, 25-months, and said life was ‘about to get crazier.’
In an Instagram update, she shared a photo of her scan as well as a snap of Leo holding the print.
Laura wrote: ‘Life is about to get a little crazier — Baby Clarke Number 2 is due December 2025, and we can’t wait!’
She starred on the TV series alongside Fred Sirieix, but had a career change in 2019 when she became a fully registered paramedic.
After marrying her partner in 2022, whose identity she has kept a secret, she went on to welcome Leo the following summer.

Laura tied the knot with her mystery husband on the beach at sunset in Devon in 2022.
In pictures taken by wedding snappers, Inbetween Days Photography, Laura posed on the beach as her veil blew in the wind behind her, while in other images, they walked back down the aisle as guests threw confetti on them.
Laura announced she was engaged in June 2021 and admitted that she has always kept her relationship and partner off social media, but wanted to share the happy news because she was ‘over the moon’.
Posting a picture of herself in a strapless patterned bikini with her dazzling diamond engagement ring on show, Laura penned: ‘Well I better get planning that hen do [ring emoji].
‘Always keep my relationship off social media and I love that it’s just for me, but wanted to share this with you all cos I’m absolutely over the moon. Hope you’re all enjoying the sunshine.’
Laura also offered her 213K followers a closer look at the ring on her Instagram Story, where she penned: ‘I better get planning that hen do. Easiest yes ever.’
In 2021, Laura revealed that she hadn’t taken part in the new series of Channel 4’s First Dates after filming moved to Manchester from its usual restaurant in London’s Paternoster Chop House, next to St Paul’s Cathedral.
In a post on Instagram, Laura said at the time: ‘As you can see, I do not appear in this new series of First Dates.’
She explained: ‘They have moved up north to a new restaurant and wanted to freshen up the team for this series with some new local faces among the old faces, so I will not be featuring in this new series of First Dates unfortunately.
‘To be honest, I don’t actually know how I would have fit filming in this year with working during the pandemic.
‘I’ve needed every day off to chill out so it’s actually been a welcome break. I’ve missed the whole team though, that’s for sure.
‘This doesn’t mean it’s over and I’m still very much part of the First Dates family and hopefully I’ll be back again real soon.
‘Can’t wait to watch the new series and good luck to the new waiters/waitresses this series,’ followed by a heart emoji.
