While sliding out of a luxury SUV, the You’ve Got Mail star, 62, who was seen out in Santa Barbara earlier this month, appeared in high spirits as she carried a large white shopping bag from Prada.
For her laid-back outing, the mother-of-two looked effortlessly chic in a beige sweater under a black blazer and long skirt.
She completed her ensemble with a pair of vintage sunglasses, leather boots and small purse for all her essentials.

The actress looked decades younger than her age while sporting minimal makeup and a pink lipstick.
While talking to Glamour late last year in November, the actress – who began her successful career in Hollywood in the early 1980s – opened up about aging and said, ‘Our culture is so obsessed with youth.’
‘As an old person now, I love my age. I love where I’m at. Aging is not that terrifying,’ she expressed to the outlet.
‘We’re all doing it. I wish someone had told me earlier, ‘Just relax. It is what it is. Don’t pay attention to the obstacles.”
Ryan also got candid about growing more confident with who she is throughout the years, explaining, ‘There’s a time in your teens and 20s where you’re trying on personalities to figure out who you are, who to be.’
‘With age, you get to a place where you say what you mean without thinking about how it’s going to land. You just say what you want.’
Last month in January, Meg wowed while wearing a strapless, black sequin gown while attending the 29th Annual Critics Choice Awards in Santa Monica.
A few months earlier, she notably starred in the romantic comedy titled, What Happens Later, which was released in November 2023 following a break from Hollywood.

She starred alongside X-Files actor, David Duchovny, and the premise followed, ‘ex-lovers that will see each other for the first time in years when they both find themselves snowed in, in-transit, at an airport overnight,’ per IMDB.
Her last film project had been Ithaca (2015) and she discussed taking time away from the working in the industry during an interview with People in October of last year.
‘I took a giant break because I felt like there’s just so many other parts of my experience as a human being I wanted to develop,’ Ryan revealed to the publication.
‘It’s nice to think of it as a job and not a lifestyle. And that is a great way of navigating it for me.’
Meg’s first role was in the drama titled Rich And Famous in 1981, and she later starred in a variety of other projects such as Top Gun (1986).
She is also known for taking on leading roles in romantic comedies such as When Harry Met Sally (1989), Sleepless In Seattle (1993) and You’ve Got Mail (1998).

‘Jack is really talented. He’s more of a natural than I’ll ever be,’ Meg said while also coming to the defense of her son. ‘That nepo stuff is so dismissive of his work ethic, his gifts, and how sensitive he is to the idea of his privilege.’
