Post Malone has settled his custody battle with former fiancée Hee Sung ‘Jamie’ Park over their three-year-old daughter with the initials ‘DDP’ in LA Superior Court.
The 30-year-old singer-rapper and the Korean influencer – who split a year ago – reached an agreement on custody, visitation rights, child support and health insurance but the details are confidential under seal, according to TMZ.
Park moved to LA at the beginning of the year while Malone (born Austin Richard Post) lives in a $3M five-bedroom, 12K-square-foot compound in Cottonwood Heights, UT.
The content creator filed legal docs in April to move the case to California where she could receive larger child support payments and she requested primary physical custody, joint legal custody and visitation rights for the 18-time Grammy nominee.
Park also requested her legal fees be reimbursed.

Malone’s powerhouse attorney Laura Wasser then argued that their daughter already had deep roots in Utah — including a nanny, a pediatrician, and a set routine with music, gym and swimming classes.
‘Kids are little s***s and they’re beautiful at the same time. And… Well, being a dad, I take it a day at a time. I think it’s important that way. We’re learning every day. I don’t know what the hell I’m doing, and neither does she. She’s just figuring it out,’ the Just in Case singer told GQ in August.
‘She goes, “I love you.” I say, “How much?” She goes, “A little.” I go, “Oh, you little s***.” And then she calls me a little s***, too. It’s pretty funny. She’s f***ing hilarious. It’s unstoppable. She’s just the most beautiful creature to ever have existed on this earth. And I can’t believe that… Well, I don’t deserve something like that, but it’s pretty cool that’s in my life.’
Malone added: ‘You know I’ve been on the road for 10 years, and I’ve been doing this pretty vigorously. After 10 years, it’s time to just take it easy. And this is where you want to be. You want to be here with a little three-year-old little squirt and just push her into the water and then she calls you a little s***.’
