Porsha Williams has been cleared of any wrongdoing following an alleged incident on a Delta Airlines flight.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star was caught in an alleged altercation in the first class section of her flight while returning from BravoCon on Sunday, which resulted in Delta cabin crew having to intervene.
Now Porsha’s attorney Joe Habachy tells Daily Mail that, ‘We just received word from the United States Attorney’s Office that they have determined that “no crime has been committed,” and that the FBI “will not pursue any further investigative actions regarding this matter.”
‘While Ms Williams is certainly pleased to have received this news today, we cannot say that we are surprised given that there was never a physical encounter and given that the allegations made against Ms. Williams by this unhinged passenger were blatantly false from the beginning,’ he continued.Â
Habachy added that Porsha is ‘owed an apology’ by the passenger over the alleged incident.

Earlier this week, Habachy told Daily Mail that Porsha had been ‘verbally assaulted by an irate and unhinged passenger without provocation’ on the flight.
‘The passenger then proceeded to make false allegations that were in direct conflict with observations from several eyewitnesses,’ he continued.
‘As with any incident occurring aboard an aircraft, federal authorities are required to conduct an investigation involving all parties to determine what, if any, offenses occurred.
‘Ms. Williams has every intention of cooperating with law enforcement to whatever extent necessary, and remains confident that the passenger will be charged.’Â
A Delta spokesperson told the Daily Mail that ‘two customers on the flight were spoken to by cabin crew’ during a regularly scheduled service from Las Vegas to Atlanta.
‘Flight continued on to Atlanta and landed without issue,’ the spokesperson said. ‘Law enforcement met the flight upon arrival at ATL.’
Williams was returning from BravoCon 2025 in Las Vegas when the alleged incident occurred.Â
‘FBI Atlanta is aware of incident on a Delta flight on November 16th allegedly involving Porsha Williams and/or at least one other person,’ a spokesperson for FBI Atlanta told TMZ on Monday.

The spokesperson said the bureau was ‘looking to see whether any federal charges may or may not apply.’
They have since decided not to pursue charges after Williams was cleared of any wrongdoing.Â
A Delta Airlines spokesperson told TMZ that two passengers on the flight had been talked to by crew members, and the plane continued to move toward Atlanta with no further problems.Â
Police were there to speak with people when their plane arrived in Atlanta, Delta officials told the outlet.
Williams had taken part in festivities for BravoCon this past weekend.
They included an appearance on a panel for Getting Lucky at the Love Hotel opposite Sonja Morgan and Heather Gay.
The three reality stars were amenable to the idea that they would star on a spinoff of the series should a second season be ordered.Â

The Bravo beauty was wed to Simon Guobadia from 2022 until their divorce was finalized in June – the same month he was deported to Nigeria by Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Williams was previously married to NFL alum Kordell Stewart from 2011 until 2013.
Williams said she had tried dating women, while appearing at CultureCon in New York City last month.
‘The people who I’m talking to now … it’s just two, I narrowed it down to two, and he is nice and she is nice,’ Williams said.
Williams said she would be open to an appearance on the show in an effort to find a good partner.
‘People know I’m a lover girl, like, I’m a hopeless romantic,’ Williams said on the panel, according to US. ‘I think everybody in the world knows I just got divorced.’
