Pip Edwards is well known for her love of hitting the beach and soaking up the sun.
And the P.E Nation founder was making the most of Sydney’s hot weather on Monday as she headed to celebrity-favourite spot Palm Beach.
Enjoying a dip in the ocean, the 45-year-old showed off her fit, gym-honed figure in a skimpy bikini.
The black and white swimwear ensured that her toned abs were on display, as was her pert derrière.
Pip also showed off her ample bust in the revealing bikini top, which she had paired with matching bottoms.
She appeared to have on minimal makeup for her swim and pulled her blonde hair into a high bun after initially wearing in down in waves.

At one stage, Pip could be seen having fun with a male friend who accompanied her into the water.
Laying down a towel on the sand before she headed for the waves, the designer appeared to be relaxed and in excellent spirits.
The results of Pip’s dedication to her workout regime were evident as she showcased her rippling muscles.
In the past, Pip has credited her ripped abs to a Pilates workout founded by Sydney-based instructor Kirsten King called Fluidform Pilates.
She has been a devotee of the Clovelly-based studio since it launched several years ago, and is currently practising solo classes conducted online from her home in the eastern suburbs.
Posting on Instagram, Pip shared how her three-times-weekly Pilates sessions are keeping her ‘sane (and sweaty) through this time’:
‘Trying to keep up my ISO Pilates routine,’ she wrote this week.
‘It’s been super challenging doing it solo from home, so to all of you out there, don’t be hard on yourself.’

A typical Fluidform workout involves tiny movements and ‘isometric holds’ – where you hold your body in a halfway point of exercise for 45 seconds – in order to tone and hone the smaller muscles.
‘I’m a strong believer in consistent, regular movement. Moving your body for just 20 to 30 minutes each day is much more beneficial than working out for an hour once or twice a week,’ founder Kirsten previously told Daily Mail of her workouts.
‘This is what I practice personally between juggling work and home – I’ve found that as long as I get 20 minutes a day in, I can keep my body in good condition and functioning well.’
When it comes to her other fitness, diet and wellness secrets, Pip has revealed that she is a big fan of vegetarian foods.
‘I’m all about a vegetarian diet, bordering on vegan,’ she told Daily Mail.
A typical ‘mid-week meal’ is roasted vegetables and salad with ‘some kind of soup’, while she also enjoys tacos when she’s being a bit more relaxed.
Pip also previously told Women’s Health that she loves eggs despite being nearly vegan.
‘I always have eggs and tabasco in my handbag, I find it is the only quick thing I can snack on that is healthy and can also help to fill me up,’ she told the publication.

‘Trail mix in the afternoon and crackers with Vegemite and cottage cheese for a snack,’ she told Elle.
Dinner is typically chicken with vegetables or bolognese or something else ‘hearty’.
‘If I snack into the night, it’s liquourice tea, cashews with dates, yoghurt with cashews or if I have a real sugar craving, I’ll tuck into a lot of Darrell Lea liquorice!’
Pip also swears acupuncture, weekly saunas, and a weekly swim at Bondi Icebergs when it is open.
When it comes to her love life, the clothing mogul has recently been linked to Dylan Hales.
Dylan is a bar tycoon who all but runs New York City nightlife and seemingly has a cosy friendship with Pip.
Pip initially set tongues wagging about her love life when she was spotted linking arms with the hunky Sydney man in a photo posted to Instagram by her DJ friend Milly Gattegno.

Both Pip and Dylan re-shared the photo to their Instagram Stories.
In the image, the pair had their backs to the camera as they walked down the street, with Pip reaching out to link her arm with Dylan.
Dylan and his Sydney mate Ronnie Flynn are the co-owners of some of the hottest venues in New York City.
The duo first opened The Flower Shop in East Village and later a venue called Little Ways on Broadway.
They also own Loosie’s, beneath the Moxy Hotel in the Lower East Side, and Silver Lining Lounge, a sleek late-night jazz bar in Bowery.
It comes after Daily Mail revealed in early March that Pip had parted ways with her ex-boyfriend Joshua Clapp.
Their romance generated much chatter throughout Sydney’s eastern suburbs as Joshua is the ex-partner of Pip’s best friend Leah Simmons, the famous personal trainer behind workout program KΛΛIΛΛ.
Pip and Joshua went public with their relationship just before the New Year, which she rang in with her son Justice, who she shares with ex Dan Single.
Joshua, who runs construction firm Steel + Stitch, which designs some of Sydney’s trendiest hospitality venues, shares a teenage son named Ryder with Leah.
