A photo of 500lbs rapper Dave Blunts and his girlfriend has gone viral after the star, 23, sparked health fears by performing onstage with an oxygen tank.
Blunts was among the performers in Chicago for the 4th Annual JUICE WRLD DAY in memory of the late rapper, who died at the age of 21 on December 8, 2019 – but focus quickly turned to his health as he performed seated with the tank at the United Center.
After the show, Blunts posed up with glamorous and petite partner Isabella, who had joined him onstage – with the snap quickly sparking a wave of social media reaction and fresh concern for the morbidly obese rapper’s health.
One fan wrote: ‘People laugh and all of that but please someone need to help him we all know how this will end…
Another penned: ‘Bro needs to get healthy’ while a third wrote: ‘He needs to shed a lot of weight for his health.’

The rapper was also subject to cruel trolling with one follower writing: ‘The love of your life is clearly food, bro’ and ‘If you wasn’t who you was that girl won’t want you. Let’s be for real.’
After a video of his performance appeared online, some people said the Hospital Bed artist needed encouragement from the people around him to take better care of himself.
‘It’s crazy how he got to this size with his team just watching,’ one user said of Blunts.
One fan said that ‘people around him need to tell him the truth, this is not a flex,’ to which a fan responded, ‘I don’t think he thinks it’s a flex. He just doesn’t give a f***.’
Multiple people said they were upset seeing Blunts in such poor shape so as to necessitate the use of an oxygen tank.
‘This breaks my heart,’ said one user. ‘This young man is missing out on so much in life. Food addiction is real. Sugar is the main culprit.’
Another said, ‘I couldn’t enjoy myself at the show. The idea of having fun while digesting the personal Issues he must [suffer] from internally would just be too much.’

Some said they feared for the Davenport, Iowa native’s mortality, saying he was ‘literally suffocating’ to the point that he needed to have an oxygen tank nearby.
‘Bros about to visit Juice,’ said one user, another said, ‘Honestly sad homie is gonna die.’
One user added, ‘That might be his last time performing on a stage if he [needs an] oxygen’ tank.
A user took exception with Blunts’ material, which makes multiple reference to drug use, while at a memorial show for Juice WRLD, whose 2019 death was linked to narcotics.
‘Performing bout taking drugs at a concert that carries the legacy of someone who died from a drug overdose,’ the user said. ‘Maybe I’m lost.’

Among the other performers on the slate for Saturday’s show included Kodak Black, Lil Yachty, Polo G and Trippie Redd.
A number of X/Twitter users commented on their health concerns for the rap artist
Said one fan: ‘I pray that he is surrounded with the right team that will be honest with him and help him get his health on track!’
Blunts on Saturday addressed both his posture, the oxygen tank and a growing rift with Snoop Dogg (after the rap legend, 53, took jabs at Blunt in regards to his size), according to Metro.
‘Chicago! Do y’all have a problem with me sitting down on this stage?’ Blunts asked the crowd, which said no in response to his question. ‘Exactly – so, get the f*** off my d***, Snoop Dogg.
‘I see the big dog talking. Snoop, you think you funny? You don’t know what it’s like to fight for your life every damn day.’
In a November 9 post, Snoop Dogg shared a clip on Instagram of Blunts seated onstage during a previous performance.

During his set, Blunts said of the late artist Juice WRLD: ‘I do this for Juice – I do this for me.’
In reference to the oxygen tank, Blunts said, ‘I got demons, and a tank to prove it. Don’t come for me when you have been blessed enough to be here that long; respect the struggle.’
