The former WAG, 36, was recently enjoying an idyllic Noosa getaway with her children Poppy, eight, and Billy, six.

And she took to Instagram on Tuesday to reveal the trio had returned to the idyllic property, where she has been residing since the 2019 split.

After sharing a photo that showed her enjoying Noosa with Poppy with the caption: 'missing the sand between our toes,' Phoebe followed with a short clip of Poppy walking a white horse around a paddock.

She then shared a series of clips that gave a glimpse into her relaxed rural lifestyle, including one showing Poppy driving a utility vehicle filled with horse feed as Billy trailed behind on a motorbike.

Another clip showed Poppy, still in her pyjamas, happily feeding the horses before school.

Billy, meanwhile, looked less-than-impressed as he watched on from the vehicle.

A third clip showed Poppy bonding with a horse which follows her around the paddock.

The sweet moment was captured in another clip that showed Poppy gently kissing the horse.

'Horses' brekky comes first here,' Phoebe wrote. 'With kisses of course.'

It comes after Phoebe offloaded her nearby Southern Highlands property in November for $2.09million.

Phoebe purchased the property, dubbed Acre Hill, back in 2021 following her bitter and public split with her footy star ex, Sam.

According to the Daily Telegraph, Phoebe and her two children never officially lived in the house.

She has, instead, remained at her parents' nearby property, with the home leased for 'about a year', according to the publication.

Phoebe grew up at the property with her parents Mitch and Sarah Hooke, and sisters Jemima and Harriet, just a stone's throw from Acre Hill.

She told Daily Mail Australia at the time that the move back to her parental home was one of the best decisions she's made for her two children.

'I learned really early on that there's a trade-off. My kids love the space,' she said.

'Billy has an electric bike, and dad's just made him a cool track out in mum's horse arena of jumps... Poppy just loves going outside and being creative.'

Phoebe and Sam split in October 2019, after four tumultuous years of marriage.

They had initially separated in December 2018 – shortly after the birth of their son, Billy – but reconciled in April, only to end things for good six months later.

Phoebe recently started posting on Instagram again after months-long silence since November.

Her social media re-emergence came after ex Sam was reunited with their two children earlier this month.

The footy star's second wife, Lucy, shared a photo of the former NRL player's reunion with his daughter and son.

The English-born athlete beamed from ear to ear in one picture, which captured him posing with all four of his children: his two with Phoebe and the two he shares with Lucy – daughter Robbie, two, and son Mack, three months.

It is believed that it was the first time Billy and Poppy had met their half-brother Mack.

Footage also showed Sam playing a fun game of rugby with Billy in a backyard.

A third picture showed Sam posing alongside his wife Lucy, the happy couple smiling as they enjoyed some downtime in Sydney.

The gallery was captioned: 'Family time'.
