Pete Davidson’s girlfriend Elsie Hewitt is giving her fans a glimpse of the behind-the-scenes realities of being a new mother.
The 29-year-old model and actress shared an Instagram post on Friday in which she posed for a mirror selfie while wearing an adult diaper.
Elsie — who revealed earlier this month that she gave birth on December 12 to a baby girl named Scottie Rose Hewitt Davidson — also clarified to curious followers that she doesn’t ‘pee’ in the diapers.
The rising star — whose boyfriend Pete recently showed off the results of his $200,000 tattoo-removal journey — also supported another unexpected feature: a shockingly trim midriff despite having given birth just two weeks earlier.
In her selfie, Elsie pulled her black shirt up above her matching bra to reveal the as she stood at a bathroom sink.
‘adult diapers all day (& night) 🫡,’ she captioned the photo.

Elsie also made it clear that the diaper wasn’t a solution for needing to relieve herself.
She added: ‘my sister asked if i pee in them & if ur wondering the same thing the answer is NO LMAO.’
Diapers are a common accessory for women who have given birth, as it’s common to deal with everything from mild leaking to more severe incontinence.
The diaper can also help women who are experiencing significant bleeding after having a baby.
While her revealing undergarment was the star of the Insta Stories post, Elsie also highlighted some of the postpartum necessities she was relying on.
She drew an arrow pointing toward the bathtub and a package of ‘ice pack pads,’ which would be essential for easing pain and swelling after giving birth.
Elsie also drew her 1.1 million Instagram followers’ attention to the recognizably curved spout of a peri bottle, which is used to clean and soothe painful, swollen areas in the bathroom.
In addition to updating her fans on her recovery progress, Elsie gave her followers a limited glimpse into her and Pete’s first Christmas as a family.

She also provided a limited glimpse into her first Christmas as a mother by post an adorable red-and-white knit bootee, which presumably belonged to Scottie Rose
She shared a simple but sweet photo to her Instagram Stories in which she held an adorable red-and-white knitted bootee for little Scottie Rose that rested on her outstretched hand.
Elsie’s update on her postpartum journey comes after her boyfriend gave his own look at his body to showcase his tattoo-removal journey.
The 32-year-old comedian — who reportedly has paid around $200,000 to remove the ink — could be seen cradling their newborn baby girl in photos shared by the model on Sunday.
Davidson, who sat on a sofa with his baby, went shirtless to reveal that the tattoos on his arms have vanished, though a few remain on his shoulders and chest.
A second image showed Hewitt holding Scottie, who was swaddled in a pink blanket.
In her caption, Elsie dubbed Pete and Scottie ‘MY BEST FRIENDS.’
The SNL alumnus began the lengthy tattoo removal process back in 2020 ,which was sparked by his desire to get sober.
In January of this year, a source told People that the actor ‘just woke up one day and wanted them gone, and it’s been a years-long process.’

A separate insider added that Davidson ‘has been sober since September’ of last year ‘and gained twenty pounds’ for a ‘fresh start.’
‘Things are really going well for him, everything is moving in the right direction, and he’s been receiving fantastic reviews for the movie,’ they said, referring to his film Dog Man.
During an appearance on the Today show that month, the comedian got candid about the removal of his ink, admitting that the process had been ‘pretty terrible’ for him.
‘So if anybody out there is watching and thinking about getting a tattoo, make sure you really want to get it,’ Davidson told viewers.
He then lifted up one of his arms into the air to give a look at the faded ink and said, ‘It’s pretty gone.’
In regard to what caused him to get rid of his ink, Pete explained, ‘I got sober and I saw myself in the mirror, and I was like, “Nah. Who that?” I was like, “I got to change it up a little bit.”‘
In February, as he paid a visit to Late Night With Seth Myers, Davidson also discussed getting rid of his tattoos.
The actor explained that he didn’t initially understand that the process would take years.

‘No, I didn’t realize it would take — like, when I’m 40, it’ll all be gone, like the chest and the back,’ he said.
He explained that it takes ‘at least seven visits’ to remove just one tattoo, ‘And if it’s black and white, it’s a little easier. But if it’s a color tattoo, it takes forever.’
Seth Myers then asked if there was a tattoo that he was thrilled to remove, to which Pete replied, ‘All of them.’
The Pickup actor added, ‘Well, I made a lot of those decisions when, you know, before rehab. So I got the dumbest tattoos.’
Davidson has also reportedly been sober for around a year, and in July 2024, he checked into a wellness facility to seek treatment for his mental health, including PTSD and borderline personality disorder.
Back in 2023, the actor also spent time at a facility to focus on his mental health – with a source telling People at the time that mental health has ‘always been a priority’ for Davidson.
An insider explained: ‘Pete will often check himself into rehab to work on these issues. His friends and family have been supportive during this time.’
Pete has been open about the topic for years, and he previously told Variety in 2018 that he has ‘been in and out of mental-health facilities’ since he was nine.

On December 18, it was announced that he and Elsie welcomed their first child together – a daughter named Scottie – on December 12
He added, ‘The last few years have been real rough with me. I took all these mental health classes and really spent a lot of time getting me good.’
Davidson lost his father — a Staten Island firefighter — during the 9/11 attacks when he was just seven years old.
On December 18, it was announced that both he and Elsie welcomed their first child together on December 12.
Hewitt took to Instagram to share the special news and upload photos of the newborn.
‘our perfect angel girl arrived 12/12/2025 scottie rose hewitt davidson ♥️,’ the media personality wrote.
‘My best work yet, i am absolutely overflowing with love and gratitude and disbelief. – elsie. wu tang forever. – pete.’
Hewitt also gave an update on motherhood as she admitted to ‘crying’ over her ‘perfect’ little girl.

After giving birth, Hewitt revealed that she had to get a tooth removed just one day later.
She shared an image of her swollen jaw, which was wrapped with an ice pack as she snapped a photo from inside a car.
Elsie held out her hand toward her newborn next to her and wrote, ‘Who else had to get a wisdom tooth removed directly from the hospital the day after they gave birth?’
