The 31-year-old embarked on a solo career earlier this year, with an album set for release in 2025
She added: ‘This song holds a very special place in my heart. The live session premieres on YouTube at 8am GMT Friday.’
The post also included a video of the image with the lyrics from the emotional song’s verse appearing over the top.
It read: ‘Why does it hurt if it’s all in my head? It’s always been me, myself and you / A piece of me that I don’t get to choose / You’re in every lonely night.
‘I can’t get you off my mind / It’s always been me myself and you / No matter how I try to cut you loose.
‘You’re always holding on too tight / I guess you’re a part of me for life.’
Me, Myself And You is the latest song from Perrie’s upcoming solo album, which is set to drop in 2025.
Last month, she released the powerful pop anthem, You Go Your Way, which is inspired by a pivotal moment in her relationship with her now-fiancé, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
At the start of their romance, Perrie was concerned about the pressures of a new relationship as she prepared to tour in the US and suggested they go their separate ways.
Perrie revealed her recent song, You Go Your Way, was inspired by her fiance, Alex Oxlaide-Chamberlain
They share a three-year-old son, Axel
‘I told Alex, you go your way and I’ll go mine, and if it’s meant to be, we’ll find each other again when I’m back,’ Perrie explained of the new song.
But Alex fought for their relationship, making it official there and then.
‘Fast forward eight years and we’re very happy, engaged, and have our beautiful son. I truly believe if you love something, set it free. If it comes back, it’s yours,’ Perrie recalled.
The couple have been dating since 2016 but they didn’t go public with their romance until February 2017.
They welcomed son Axel in August 2021 and Alex proposed almost a year later.
Perrie has also released songs like Forget About Us and Tears.
Forget About Us smashed its way into the Top 10 of the Official Singles Chart, dominated radio airplay for five weeks, and topped The Official Big Top 40 for two weeks.
She stepped into the spotlight as a solo artist with her debut song, Forget About Us
Meanwhile, Tears saw Perrie deliver a standout performance at Wembley Stadium for Capital’s Summertime Ball.
Last week, the star revealed how her shattered friendship with former Little Mix bandmate Jesy Nelson inspired one of her songs.
She said on Fearne Cotton’s Happy Place podcast: ‘I wrote a song about it – a friendship I had that I no longer have.
‘We don’t know how to talk about friendship breakups. It’s still as heartbreaking – when you go through all these things with someone all the highs and lows and then they’re just gone.
‘But these things happen. Do we try and rectify things? Or just stay away?’
