Perrie Edwards was left red-faced as her son corrected her on the lyrics to her own song after she censored them in front of him.
The former Little Mix singer, 32, has carved a successful solo career for herself since the group went on hiatus in 2022.
Her biggest tracks to date include You Go Your Way, Tears and Forget About Us.
In a hilarious video posted on social media, Perrie revealed to fans her young son Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain knows the lyrics to her hits very well.
The hitmaker could be seen singing the words to her latest song ‘Absof**kinglutely’ from her new album, which is released this Friday.
Acutely aware she was in the presence of her little one, Perrie censored the words, instead singing ‘absolutely freakinglutely’.

However, Axel quickly called her out, telling his mother: ‘That’s not the words!’
Perrie replied ‘it is’ before Axel then blurted out the expletive which left her open-mouthed as she dropped to the ground in laughter.
Amused fans replied to the clip, with one writing: ‘Axel taking no prisoners—tiny critic, big honesty.’
A second posted: ‘That’s so sweet! Axel keeping Perrie on her toes is adorable nothing like kids to make sure we get it right.’
‘That’s so adorable! A son correcting his mom on her own lyrics is just the cutest thing ever. He’s such a little legend,’ said a third.
While a fourth commented: ‘Brutal call out, love it.’
Perrie’s upcoming release comes after her former Little Mix band member Jade released her debut album.

Her happy news comes after she opened up about two devastating miscarriages she suffered before the birth of Axel.
She spoke about her devastating losses on the recent episode of Paul C Brunson’s We Need To Talk podcast.
Perrie shared that she first miscarried early into her first pregnancy, and discovered the devastating loss when she started bleeding and headed to the doctors.
She then went onto reveal that a year after giving birth to her ‘rainbow baby’ Axel, she discovered she was pregnant again, but tragically lost her baby at 24 weeks.

Speaking about her son, Perrie said: ‘Axel’s a rainbow baby.
‘So I had a miscarriage very early on with my first ever pregnancy, and it was so early. I remember finding out I was pregnant.
‘Obviously, I started bleeding not long after, and I went to the hospital and I had the scan and they were like, ‘There’s no baby.”
‘And I was like, ‘oh, I’ve made this up. Maybe I got a false positive or something.’ And I remember being on my own at the appointments because nobody was there.’
