Penny Lancaster looked in high spirits on Sunday night as she left Madonna’s Celebration Tour at London’s O2 Arena, despite still needing the support of her crutch.
The wife of Rod Stewart, 52, playfully stuck out her tongue as she got into her waiting car to whisk her home.
The model has been spotted using a pair of crutches several times over the past week, and she revealed she had suffered a torn meniscus on her right knee.
Her spokesman explained to The Daily Mail’s Richard Eden: ‘Penny has suffered a torn meniscus on her right knee. The cause of the injury is not known; nor at this stage, is the treatment.
‘The injury is believed to have been sustained abroad and is not connected with her activities as a special constable.’

But Penny looked like she was healing up well, as she only used a single crutch at the concert.
She dressed up for the gig, wearing a 80s Madonna themed outfit to see the iconic pop star perform.
Penny donned a sparkly white sheer tutu and a coordinating black glittery oversized jacket over a black lace top.
In true Madonna fashion she added a ton of accessories, wearing a slew of bangles, several long necklaces and a pair of gold chandelier earrings.
She completed the bold look with a pair of pearl studded black boots and a matching black handbag.
Other stars in attendance at the incredible concert, included Paloma Faith and Gwendoline Christie.

Madonna kicked off her Celebration Tour on Saturday night, where she put on a jaw-dropping show.
The Queen of Pop, 65, oozed confidence as she showcased her iconic vocals and impressive dance moves which were enhanced by large screens and flashing lights.
While the Like A Virgin hitmaker brought all the pomp and circumstance on stage, delivering many of her biggest hits from her 40-plus year career in her first respective tour, the performance was not without its glitches.
The show came to a screeching halt after just the fourth song, which was her hit Burning Up, when technical problems with the sound surfaced.
Being the consummate pro, the singer-songwriter took control of the situation and announced her crew would have to ‘press the reset button’.
‘This is exactly what you don’t want to happen on your opening night, so this wasn’t planned, I’m sorry,’ the pop superstar told the fans, according to Metro.
With time to kill, Madonna proceeded to entertain the audience with stories of her youth, as a means keep the show from descending into chaos.

She recalled how difficult life had become while playing in her first band, described her situation as being ‘broke and hungry and making zero cash’, but she was still optimistic and could ‘see the future.’
Trying to keep the crowd from becoming restless, she asked the thousands in attendance with enthusiasm: ‘Am I imagining this? Oh my God, it is so good to be back London.’
The Papa Don’t Preach singer added: ‘I’m pretty damned surprised that I made it this far and I mean that on so many levels. How did I make it this far? Because of you. I’m going to take a bit of credit too.’
During her storytelling, Madonna also talked about her recent health scare that some thought would force the tour to be canceled.
The Material Girl was rushed to an intensive care unit with a ‘serious bacterial infection’ back in June after being found unconscious.
‘My first thought when I woke up in the hospital was my children,’ she revealed during her show. ‘My second thought was that I did not want to disappoint anyone who bought tickets for my tour.’
Elaborating on the situation, she continued, ‘I also didn’t want to let down the people who worked tirelessly with me over the last few months to create my show. I hate to disappoint anyone.’
Ultimately The Celebration Tour was pushed back but not canceled.

‘It was a crazy year for me and I didn’t think I was going to make it. I forgot five days of my life,’ she told her fans.
‘But the angels were protecting me and my children were there and my children always save me every time. And if you want to know a secret as to how I survived, I thought, “I have to survive for them. I have to survive for my children”.’
The Grammy winner is mother to Lourdes Leon, 27, Rocco Ritchie, 23, David Banda, 18, Mercy, 17, and twins Stella and Estere, 10.
Three of her children appeared on stage with their famous mum, with eldest daughter Lourdes showing off her dance moves.
Estere also strutted down the runway to a mashup of her mom’s most-famous song, Vogue.
While daughter Chifundo ‘Mercy’ James played the haunting instrumental to her mother’s iconic hit Bad Girl on a grand piano.
