‘Oh, sorry. SNL, SNL,’ he corrected, humorously adding, ‘People are wondering if I can host this show because English is not my first language. I don’t know if they know, but I do whatever I want.’

He then listed off a few things he could do in English. ‘I can order McDonald’s in English. I can have sex in English. But I prefer sex in Spanish because it’s just better.’

Bad Bunny then began addressing the crowd in his native language, and even gave a a special shoutout to Latinos and those watching the series in Puerto Rico.

As he talked, the caption, ‘Speaking in non-English,’ appeared on the screen and he decided to call up a close pal to assist in translating what he was saying.

Suddenly, The Last Of Us star, Pedro Pascal, appeared on stage next to the rapper, surprising the audience with a cameo.

Benito then began speaking Spanish again, which Pascal simply translated as, ‘He says I’m blessed to be here with my favorite actor, Pedro Pascal.’

Bad Bunny then asked if the actor – who hosted earlier this year – could give him advice when it comes to his opening monologue.

‘When you do a monologue, I find it’s always charming to do a self-deprecating joke,’ the star stated, which prompted the singer to respond with, ‘What do you mean?’

‘It’s like a joke you make about part of your body or your face that’s unflattering,’ Pedro explained. However, the rapper stated, ‘I don’t have any.’

Pascal added, ‘Totally. Me either. You know what else works? Audiences love it when you show an embarrassing photo of yourself.’ The performer then showed a steamy thirst trap of himself posing nude which appeared on the screen.

The actor confusedly questioned, ‘I’m sorry. How is that embarrassing?’ with Bad Bunny stating, ‘Because I forgot to put on clothes.’

‘Okay. There’s clearly nothing about you to make fun of. Why don’t you just tell everyone what you wanted to say?’ Pedro jokingly expressed.

To conclude the monologue, the rapper expressed his gratitude to be on the SNL stage and thanked ‘everyone who supports me, and everyone who listens to my music.’

Bad Bunny and Pedro reunited once again and had the chance to do a skit together later on in the show.

The sketch was a sequel to a previous one in February where Pedro played an overprotective mother to son Luis, played by Marcello Hernandez. This time, Luis was joined by new girlfriend, Casey, played by Chloe Troast.
