Paulina Porizkova just peeled down to her underwear for a full-throttle dose of body-positivity — telling fans to embrace their own ‘imperfections.’
The 60-year-old Polish-born supermodel, newly engaged to TV writer Jeff Greenstein, set Instagram ablaze on Wednesday with a jaw-dropping clip that started as a cute ‘getting ready’ video… and turned into a lesson in self-acceptance.
In the video, she casually sheds her robe and stands in her living room in only a bra and panties, holding confident poses that reveal every angle of her frame.
‘If you’re like me, you will also zero in on the shape of my body — and hopefully — think with relief “ah, she’s not perfect either,”’ she wrote.
She added, ‘And then you can give yourself a little break and wrap your arms around your imperfect self and give it some love. Because our imperfections are what makes us a perfect original.’
After the empowering moment, she casually pulled on a sweater and jeans, popped in her contacts, and tossed her hair into a ponytail — showing how she finishes a typical day at home.

The candid display follows Porizkova’s recent reflections on aging — and the surprising parts of her body she now loves more at 60.
As a longtime supermodel, she says she once felt pressure to sell a ‘vision of beauty inextricably linked to youth,’ but she’s embracing the freedom that comes with growing older.
In a Harper’s Bazaar interview, she revealed her favorite new feature is her hair.
‘I love my gray hair,’ she said, noting it still ‘requires maintenance, believe it or not.’
‘But I feel very good about my hair.’
She went on to call aging’s biggest gift the moment ‘you finally turn into the person that you were meant to be all along.’
‘And perhaps that’s not always a happy finding,’ she admitted.
But she believes that if you live knowing ‘other people matter… connections matter, and… love matters,’ you won’t be disappointed in who you become.

Marking her milestone birthday, she told the outlet she doesn’t feel younger — but she does feel sharper.
‘Do I feel younger? No. But every year I feel smarter, wiser, and better. So, I guess that makes me 60!’
When asked what keeps her feeling youthful, Porizkova laughed at her own answer.
‘Hope,’ she said. ‘And how do you cultivate hope? Gratitude. I sound like an Instagram meme, but unfortunately, it’s kind of true.’
She echoed similar thoughts last year, telling People, ‘One of the incredible things about aging is that you care less and less about what other people think.’
‘You’re like, “You know what? I’ve done my bit. I’ve been serving everybody else for 50 years — now, it’s my turn.”’
At the time, she insisted she’s living her prime.
‘I am the best that I’ve ever been,’ she said. ‘I’m sorry that you think my wrinkles dismiss me from being in my prime, but… as a fully formed woman at the height of her power, this is it.’

In July, Porizkova announced her engagement to Greenstein after more than two years of dating.
The pair first connected on celebrity dating app Raya. Greenstein, a TV writer, producer, and director, previously served as showrunner for Will & Grace and the ’90s sitcom Dream On.
Back in November, she celebrated their relationship with a heartfelt tribute.
‘It took me nearly sixty years to find him. It took taking stock of who I am and what my priorities are,’ she wrote.
