Patrick Schwarzenegger made a splash in the first episode of the third season of HBO’s White Lotus.
The son of Maria Shriver, 69, and Arnold Schwarzenegger, 77, plays ‘brash, sex-obsessed’ Saxon Ratliff in the series.
In the first episode he makes quite an entrance with a nude scene that has everyone talking – including his famous father.
‘He is just like, ‘p**sy, money, and freedom. Those are the things. That’s all that matters in life,’ the 31-year-old told Vanity Fair.
He continued: ‘And that’s a setup of what’s to come: when you don’t have those things, what does it do to you?
‘And then he walks around just naked—it’s like a power shift and a power dynamic between the two of them. And I remember reading that and just being like, “what?”‘

‘Saxon is always kind of talking about things about sex and stuff for my brother,’ he told the outlet.
‘He’s setting up just these little Easter eggs of what is odd and off about this family, which is fun. The end of the first episode, that scene was one of my favorite scenes. I just thought it was so awkward and brilliant at the same time.’
In the scene, Saxon is wondering how he will masturbate with his younger brother in the room.
He goes into bathroom, takes off his robe and the audience gets to see his bare derriere before he closes the door.
‘Yes, that’s my real butt.’ he told Esquire. ‘No stand-in. Once I read the script, I knew what was coming, but before that, I didn’t.’
White Lotus has never shied away from nudity and controversy.
In season one, Steve Zahn’s character shows off his swollen testicles. ‘I didn’t even have to do that part,” Zahn told The Hollywood Reporter at the time.
‘It’s somebody else wearing a prosthetic, ‘ he revealed. ‘That’s about as absurd as it gets, right?’

In season two Theo James a used a prosthetic penis, telling Variety, that it looked as if it was stolen ‘off a donkey in the field.’
Patrick’s dad, who had his own famous nude scene in Terminator, commented on his son’s debut.
‘I was so pumped to take a break from filming to celebrate @patrickschwarzenegger at the White Lotus Season 3 premiere. What a show,’ he wrote on Instagram.
‘I could claim to be surprised to find out he has a nude scene, but what can I say – the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Don’t miss it this Sunday – trust me.’
Fans reacted incredulously to Patrick’s nude scene as it seemed to indicate a gay incestuous storyline with his brother Lochlan.
In the nude scene, Saxon asks his younger brother what kind of porn he likes, but Lochlan just laughs it off as Saxon wonders how he is going to ‘jerk off all week’ with him in there.
‘I’ll just go to the bathroom,’ Saxon says, as he walks to the bathroom fully nude as Lochlan watches him… hinting that Lochlan may both be gay and have incestuous feelings for his brother.
Fans were shocked by this potential storyline, with many taking to social media to voice their frustration.
