Glamorous OnlyFans star Paris Ow-Yang has ignited one of the Sydney eastern suburbs most controversial new trends.
Talent agents are reporting a surge of private school girls from elite Sydney colleges signing up to OnlyFans upon turning 18, in the hopes of earning the big bucks.
The 20-year-old is a graduate of the prestigious Frensham School in Mittagong and has become something of a blueprint for other young women who believe the adult content site is a pathway to fame and fortune.
The popular model has already amassed a staggering $15 million property portfolio, including a block of six Randwick units, after joining OF at 18.
‘Paris has definitely been part of the system and has raised awareness about OF,’ XX MGMT agent Rhys Nosworthy told The Daily Telegraph.
‘She is up there as one of the people these girls want to be like. I am not saying every private school girl is interested in this space, but we have noticed a trend.’

He added that a key part of her appeal and influence is that she became an OF star at such a young age, immediately developing a huge following, and that others are now contacting his agency, which specialises in OF management, for representation.
‘Girls that age want to join OF and it is one of the most sought-after age brackets by users,’ he said.
‘The girls who are this age tend to be the ones who make the most amount of money.’
Paris is the daughter of renowned Sydney neurosurgeon Dr Michael Ow-Yang and attended Frensham, an elite ladies’ boarding school that costs $33,000 a year.
The social media star – who has over 500,000 Instagram followers – has been quick to cash in on her fame and in April reportedly purchased a block of units in the Sydney eastern suburb of Randwick for $7.5 million.
According to Confidential, The adult content creator is said to have snapped up six renovated apartments which are all currently leased for $810 – $1,275 per week for a total of $6,195 in rental income per week.
In total, the building contains 14 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and six car spaces, with the upper apartments boasting ocean and district views across Coogee and surrounds.
There are four three-bedroom apartments featuring en suites and lock-up garages, and two one-bedroom apartments which also provide onsite car spaces.

Other properties listed under the ownership of Ow-Yang Property Pty Ltd include a block of units in Randwick, which she purchased for $4.3 million.
Paris also owns a two-bedroom, two-bathroom home in Bondi Beach and a four-bedroom estate in Bowral, both of which she bought with the millions she raked in through the adult subscription website.
She shot to fame after launching a racy OF account the day after her 18th birthday.
