She donned various rings and looked beautiful with her visage fully made up with contoured cheeks and shimmery eyeshadow.
It comes after Paris made headlines by getting all 80 of her tattoos covered up for the Grammys so the focus was kept on her Celine dress.
The singer stepped out in a tiny black micro dress that showed off her legs and added black pantyhose.
She rocked a black fur coat while accessorizing with silver earrings and numerous silver rings.
She completed her look with a pair of closed-toe pumps .
The look was a Celine by Hedi Slimane custom dress, and she noted on the red carpet that she concealed her tattoos so as not to take away from the ensemble.
‘I wanted to give this Celine dress its own moment. I love the piercings, the tattoos, all the body mod stuff, but sometimes it can distract from the art,’ she explained.
I made a friend when I did AHS a couple of years ago, Tyson Fountaine, he did my body make-up for one of my nude scenes I had,’ she told Access Hollywood.

Her team used CoverFX’s Total Cover Cream Foundation to conceal the tattoos for her red carpet appearance.
She took to Instagram to share a time-lapsed video of all the work that was done to conceal the ink.
The process started at 5 in the morning and lasted several hours before it was complete.
