The late King of Pop Michael Jackson’s only daughter Paris reflected on the difficulties of sobriety four days ahead of her sixth anniversary refraining from ‘all drugs and alcohol.’
‘Getting sober ain’t always the indication that life is perfect,’ the 27-year-old nepo baby – who boasts 7.7 million social media followers – wrote Saturday.
‘A few years in it all got very, very hard for what felt like an eternity. And I didn’t have the same survival skills I was used to having to cope. I had to learn to live life on life’s terms.’
Jackson (born Paris-Michael Katherine Jackson) went on to confess she struggles with major depressive disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder and complex post-traumatic stress disorder stemming from being followed by paparazzi.
‘Treatment-resistant, major depressive disorder is a bi***. So is CPSTD and OCD,’ the Beverly Hills-born socialite lamented.
‘If you’ve got this s***, or anything of the sort, you’re not alone. Hang in there and if no one’s told you they love you today, I love you.’
