Hilton on Friday had been working on a clip for her track Bad B**** Academy, which also features cameos from celebrities such as Heidi Klum, Meghan Trainor and Lance Bass when the blaze broke out in her trailer.
Hilton was on set amid the fire in her trailer, which also contained accessories like sunglasses and purses, as well as computers and personal effects, sources previously informed TMZ.
After the fire was extinguished, Hilton posted a shocking photo of the damage, showing the walls of the trailer were burnt black and the roof had partly fallen in.
However Hilton noted that ‘everyone is safe,’ adding that she and Klum soldiered on with the shoot as the day progressed, because the ‘show must go on.’
The Los Angeles Fire Department is investigating the incident, TMZ reported Monday, noting that the cause had not yet been determined.
‘Sadly an accidental fire broke out in my trailer on the set of my music video today,’ Paris wrote on her Instagram Stories late Friday afternoon.
‘As heartbreaking as it is, I’m so thankful everyone is safe and I’m incredibly grateful for the amazing support I have around me,’ she said.
She thanked her ‘entire team,’ as well as Klum, Bass and Trainor, and the music video’s director Hannah Lux Davis.

‘Not how I expected my music video shoot for “Bad B**** Academy” to go…,’ she wrote over the image with a broken heart emoji.
Hilton was filming the music video in downtown Los Angeles when the fire occurred, reportedly devouring all the items in her trailer.
Sources claim Hilton, Klum, Bass and Trainor, as well as fellow guest stars Chris Olsen and Lele Pons, continued with the shoot afterwards.
