has revealed she has battled dark thoughts about dying young as she opened up about her husband Tyson's  battle and how she contemplated leaving him 'many times'.

The mother-of-seven has candidly spoken about her irrational fears of being diagnosed with an illness leaving her large family.

Speaking to on his Great Company podcast, Paris said: 'This is horrible. But I've always had a thought, and this is really dark.

'I've always had a thought that I will get an illness and die young. That's a thought I've always had. And that's a really weird dark thought, isn't it?'

When Jamie raised the point that many parents have a similar thought when they have kids, Paris replied: 'I think that's what it is. I think it's the thought of like leaving them leaving everyone behind.'

In the same interview Paris also admitted she contemplated leaving Tyson during the height of his mental health struggles, which in turn, impacted her.

The heavyweight champion has been open about his battle with depression, and how he was plagued with suicidal thoughts.

He previously revealed how he attempted to take his own life in 2016 by almost driving his Ferrari into a bridge.

Reflecting on how she was feeling at the time, Paris explained: 'You're going through hell. And as the partner to that person, it is extremely difficult to stay strong for them.

'But then you also try and stay strong for yourself because at the time when Tyson was going through this, I had three young children. I was pregnant with my fourth. I was trying to run the house. I was trying to keep everything afloat, trying to keep everything out of the media, trying to keep the family going.

'And I had a husband that was just on a hellbound mission to a train wreck. Thank goodness we Tyson got to a point where he knew he wasn't going to manage it on his own. We got help. We saw a few psychiatrists and, you know, once it got diagnosed [as depression] it made it feel so much better as well.

'I know this sounds terrible and judgy but it was like you're not actually insane. Like, I know you have a problem and it has a name, and you know we can try and adapt to work with this.'

Paris shares Venezuela, 16, Prince John James, 13, Prince Tyson II, nine, Valencia, seven, Prince Adonis Amaziah, six, Athena, four, and Prince Rico, two with Tyson.

She admitted 'there was a couple of times' where she thought about leaving him, but she was reminded of their wedding vows, which were 'in sickness and in health'.

She explained: 'I was a young woman. I was at home. I had these young kids, you know, I was pregnant myself, so my hormones was out of whack. You know what I mean? I wasn't exactly, you know, I was trying to do the best I could, but I wasn't great.

'And I used to try and keep it. Thank goodness the kids were very young so they didn't witness it like they wasn't of the age like now, say for instance, where they would know what was going on.

'So these kids got put to bed at 7:00. They didn't see dad not coming home till 2 and 3's in the morning paralytic drunk or other substances as well which I didn't understand as well. He's a big man.

'So thank God he was only ever detrimental to himself. He would come home crying. He would be depressed. He'd want to end his life. And that was on him but it was upsetting for me.

'There'd be times when I'd look and think I can't deal with this. I don't want to deal with this. But, you know, again, it was sickness and in health.'

When Jamie asked if her vows had kept her, Paris said: 'It wasn't just that. It was I loved Tyson. I say it and I feel like pure cringe, but I do. And that's it. I love my husband.'

Paris also praised Tyson for speaking about his battles and raising awareness of the silent killer.

She gushed: 'I know he's helped a lot of men out there by talking about what he's been through, his addiction, his problems, you know, everything.

'Sometimes what we sort of forget during that time is we look at the person who is the person who's suffering, who's the person going through that mental health, whatever that may be, that depression, that anxiety, whatever it is. But we forget about the butterfly effect. The people are also affected.'

Paris and Tyson's homelife was once again opened up to the cameras as the second season of At Home With The Furys finally dropped on Netflix earlier this month.

Nearly three years after the original docuseries debuted, viewers are once again taken behind the scenes of the heavyweight champion's family life in Morecambe.

The new series follows the boxer as he attempts retirement once again while surrounded by wife Paris, their seven children, and outspoken father John Fury.
