The two young men have protected and watched over their mother in the times she most needed it, as she reveled in her memoir Love, Pamela and documentary From Pamela, With Love.
‘Brandon and Dylan are true miracles, considering their gene pool,’ she wrote in her memoir. ‘They have been through so much, yet they are not full of holes.’
‘They saved me,’ she said about the time after her final divorce from Lee. ‘I don’t want to put that on my kids, but having children changed everything. I’ve loved every moment.’
In her documentary, in which she took viewers through her life and the tumultuous years that led to the peace and tranquility she has now, she revealed that her sons were an active part in that journey.
Earlier this year, after the release of her memoir and documentary, Pamela wrote on social media that ‘Happiness is a choice.’
Brandon and Dylan were 100% in her corner with Brandon writing: ‘Your positivity is so inspiring. I’m so proud of you. I’m so happy the world is finally getting to know the REAL YOU.’
‘Love you!!! Keep being unapologetically YOU!’ Dylan wrote alongside a white heart emoji.
At the premiere of documentary in January 2023, Brandon commented on how the world has seen so many sides of his mother in the three decades since she walked into the Playboy Mansion.

In Pamela, A Love Story, the story ‘follows the trajectory of Pamela Anderson’s life and career from small-town girl to international sex symbol, actress, activist and doting mother,’ per the official synopsis.
Brandon had thoughts on the various ways his mom has been put into a role or shoebox that wasn’t the whole story.
‘I’ve known her my whole life,’ he said. ‘But when I think of my mom, I think of an incredibly well-read, intelligent, well-spoken, kind-hearted, passionate person, and I just think the world has never really seen her like that,’ he told People.
And the admiration is mutual as Pamela commented on her relationship with her sons saying it was her boys who ‘encouraged me to tell my story.’
